  Characteristics of the immune response in dysentery flexneri in children with malnutrition, depending on the nature of the currents Course and development of complications were studied in children with Flexner dysentery and malnutrition depending on immunological parameters. It was established that complicated forms of the disease (chronic and lingering ones) were observed more frequently in patients with significant decrease of parameters of cellular and humoral immunity with predominant inhibition of IgA synthesis. These parameters can be considered as criteria for prognosis of the Flexner dysentery.

  Influence of topical steroids on the dynamics clinical and biochemistry parameters in patients with allergic rhinitis The condition of endogen intoxication during the treatment with topical steroids for allergic rhinitis has been studied insufficiently. Nasonex (mometasone furoate) was used during the study which is able to inhibit release of mediators of allergic reactions. Under the influence of Nasonex content of MDA decreased to 42.6%, the activity of catalyses plasma increased to 60.0%, a decline of ratio MDA/CА 80.4%, decreased concentration MSM254 and MSM280 45, 0 and 35.5%, respectively, significantly moved them closer to the healthy group

  Comparative evaluation local immunity in various forms rhinopharyngitis children The state of the immune status of chronic rhinopharyngitis in various forms. The signs of tension humoral immunity namely sIgA, IgA, IgM, IgG. When immunoassay after the course with Amizon almost all patients show increased levels of IgA to normal values in the case of bluetongue form of inflammation - 2.02 mg / dL ( at p <0.05 ), to the upper limit of normal . In the control group there was an increase of this index to a lesser extent to 1.37 mg / dL ( at p <0.05 ). The study of the secretory immunoglobulin A in the saliva showed that after 1 month of treatment was 1,97 ± 0,12 g / l (at p < 0.05).

  Functional tests in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive bronchitis teenagers An important method that can confirm the diagnosis of chronic obstructive bronchitis (COB) is the definition of irreversible airflow obstruction. To investigate the irreversibility of the obstruction using a sample with inhaled bronchodilators and assesses their effect on the flow-volume curve, mainly in FEV1. Credible bronhodilyatatsion answer on the value exceed the spontaneous variability, as well as the response to bronchodilators, have been reported in healthy individuals. Therefore, the magnitude of growth in FEV1 equal and never exceed 15 % of predicted, is recognized as a marker of negative bronchodilation response. Upon receipt of this increase airflow limitation is documented as irreversible. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to explore the diagnostic information content of the study of pulmonary ventilation function with carrying out pharmacological tests in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive bronchitis in adolescence.

  Features of the sexual development of adolescents school age with chronic gastroduodenal diseases. The purpose. Studying of features of formation of reproductive health at teenagers-schoolboys with chronic гастродуоденальной a pathology. Materials and methods. Investigated 178 schoolboys of teenagers with chronic gastroduodenal diseases (CGDD), and 75 teenagers with absence of chronic somatic diseases. An estimation of development of secondary sexual signs spent on the ball to an estimation of sexual development. The laboratory and tool researches (FGDES) are conducted. Results. With the years at teenagers with CGDD growth of cases of deviations in reproductive development in relation to healthy contemporaries is observed. At teenagers with CGDD since 11 years, backlog of development of secondary sexual signs was marked at 12,28 %, in 14 years-29,03 % of cases. At girls of teenagers with CGDD marked hypomenustral a syndrome (16,55 %), hyperpoliminorya (21,85 %), дисменорею (15,23 %,). Conclusion. Deviations in formation of reproductive health at teenagers in a straight line depends on kind CGDD so at stomach ulcer of a stomach and a duodenal gut backlog in relation to healthy contemporaries averages 13,1 %, and at a chronic gastritis of 5,1 %.

  Treatment of trophic ulcer venous etiology on gerontological patients Chronic venous failure - is the disease which is more frequently among old population. Among them elder and old age people consist more patients which suffer from chronic venous failure, 25-30% from them have trophic ulcers and their treatment considered heavy problem. Because of the heavy concomitant pathology and surface which more then 60-65% on gerontological patients operative treatment accounted as impossible. Aim of the work: increasing results of treatment gerontological patients with trophic ulcers thanks to innovational methods of treatment. We were made evaluation results of treatment in 57 patients. Researches were made in purulent surgical department in Cities hospital from 2000 to 2012. Done 22 phlebological researches, 35 doppler-graphy and 23 cytological examines. For therapy trophic ulcers used complex treatment which of main way were chipping areas of trophic ulcers. From 57 patient 52(91,2%) were successfully treated from ulcers. Noticed, that treatments such that leads to cleaning ulcer areas, desensitization, proteolytic and antibacterial affects.

  Early diagnostics of glaucoma with low oftalmotonus in the conditions of the Samarkand area In some cases it is difficult to make a diagnosis of low pressure glaucoma. 79 patients had low pressure glaucoma. 64 (81%) patients made up 80/60-100/60 mm Hg, but in 15 (19%) it was 100-130/85-90 mm Hg and if taking into consideration their age they were refered to hypotonics too. A careful clinical ophthalmologic examination was performed to all patients. Analysis of intraocular pressure revealed in 52 (65,7%) patients ophthalmotonus being at 16-19 mm Hg, in 27 (34,3%) ranging 20-22 mm Hg. At an early stage of the process there had been noted single absolute scotomas in central vision which may be increased if intraocular pressure is high. There was marked an early appearance of some changes in the optic nerve, to be specific and to be an evident informative sings in diagnosis of low pressure glaucoma. A direct correlation between the state of peripheric vision and the changes in the optic disc has been established. In therapy of patients with local hypotensive drugs it is advisable to prescribe medicine for increasing arterial pressure, improving microcirculation and angioprotectors. Indication to surgical procedure is recommended in case of progressing disturbance of visual function

  Determination of the efficiency of patients preoperative preparation thyroid disease based biocemical parametrs This paper presents a comparative analysis of methods of preoperative preparation in 134 patients with thyroid disease . Patients from the main group ( 69 persons ) during the preparation of the treatment was added hydrocortisone - Tyson gemosuktsinat and propylthiouracil. The effectiveness of a complex method was evaluated on the basis of biochemical parameters of blood. It is established that the cause of thyroid disease are trauma and infection (30 %), just revealed the predominance of women (90.3 %).   The resistance to the insecticides of the main vektors of the malaria in Uzbekistan The definition of resistance was conducted on standard technique of the WHO. In experiences was used impregnated paper with following preparations: Betacipermethrin, Acethamiprid, Imidokloprid, Lamdacigalotrin, АВК insecticide, Deltamix, Cytep and Solfac. An.superpictus and An.artemievi female’s sensitivity were high to Betacipermethrin, Acethamiprid, Imidokloprid and Lamdacigalotrin in the Andizhan, Tashkent and Samarkand areas. An.artemievi sensitivity to Acethamiprid and Imidokloprid has appeared lowered in the Namangan area. Surkhan-Darya population of the An. pulcherrimus also has appeared resistant to Imidokloprid and Acethamiprid and highly sensitive to the another insecticides
