SUN'IY INTELLEKT IMKONIYATLARI: ZAMON TALABI SIFATIDA

Annotatsiya:
Ushbu maqolada sun'iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining zamonaviy jamiyatdagi
o'rni, imkoniyatlari va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Texnologik taraqqiyotning jadallashuvi natijasida
SI kundalik hayotdan tortib ta'lim, tibbiyot, sanoat, transport va boshqa ko'plab sohalarga chuqur
kirib bormoqda. Maqolada sun'iy intellektning afzalliklari, xavflari, zamon talablariga qanday
javob berayotgani hamda O'zbekistonda bu borada amalga oshirilayotgan ishlar yoritiladi.

Kirish
XXI asr insoniyat taraqqiyotida raqamli texnologiyalar inqilobi davri bo‘lib, uning
markazida sun'iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalari turadi. Dastlab ilmiy-
fantastik g‘oyalar doirasida
ko‘rilgan SI bugungi kunga kelib global miqyosda muhim strategik resursg
a aylangan. Sun'iy
intellekt inson aqliga xos bo‘lgan funksiyalarni –
fikrlash, o‘rganish, xulosa chiqarish, muammo hal
qilish kabi jarayonlarni algoritmik va avtomatik tarzda bajara oladigan tizimlarni yaratishga
qaratilgan ilmiy-
texnik yo‘nalishdir
. U nafaqat ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish, balki inson
hayotini yengillashtirish, sifatli xizmatlar ko‘rsatish va yangi imkoniyatlar yaratishda ham asosiy
omil bo‘lib bormoqda.
Sun'iy intellektning asosiy yo‘nalishlari va imkoniyatlari
Sun'iy intellekt turli shakl va
darajalarda rivojlanmoqda. Bugungi kunda SI texnologiyalarining quyidagi asosiy yo‘nalishlari
ajratib ko‘rsatilmoqda:

Mashinali o‘rganish
(Machine Learning)
–
kompyuter tizimlariga ma'lumotlar asosida
mustaqil o‘rganish imkonini beruvchi texnologiya;
2.
Neyron tarmoqlar
–
inson miyasi faoliyatini modellashtirishga asoslangan algoritmlar;
3.
Kompyuterli ko‘rish (Computer Vision)
–
surat va videolardan obyektlarni aniqlash, tahlil
qilish;
4.
Tabiiy tilni qayta ishlash (NLP)
–
inson tilini tushunish, tarjima qilish va muloqotga
kirishish;
5.
Ekspert tizimlar
–
aniq sohaga oid bilimlar asosida qarorlar chiqaruvchi tizimlar.
Ushbu texnologiyalar sanoat, tibbiyot, ta'lim, transport, qishloq xo‘jaligi, xavfsizlik kabi ko‘plab
sohalarda keng qo‘llanmoqda.
Sun'iy intellektning ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy ta'siri
SI texnologiyalari global iqtisodiyotda tub
o‘zgarishlar qilmoqda. Avtomatlashtirish jarayonlari ishlab chiqarish unumdorligini oshirib, ishlab
chiqarish tannarxini kamaytirmoqda. Shu bilan birga, xizmatlar sifati ortib, inson resurslaridan
samarali foydalanish imkoniyati yaratilmoqda. Masalan, sun'iy intellekt yordamida tibbiyotda aniq
tashxis qo‘yish, o‘quvchilarning bilim darajasini baholash, transport oqimini boshqarish mumkin.
Ayni paytda SI yangi ish o‘rinlarini yaratish bilan birga, an'anaviy kasblarning yo‘qolishiga ham
sabab bo‘lmoqda. Bu esa mehnat bozorida moslashuvchanlikni, qayta o‘qitish
tizimini joriy etishni
taqozo etadi.
Zamon talabi sifatida sun'iy intellekt
Bugungi davrni "sun'iy intellekt asri" deb atash bejiz
emas. Har bir mamlakat raqamli iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishda SI texnologiyalaridan foydalanishni
ustuvor vazifa sifatida belgilamoqda. Sun'iy intellekt nafaqat texnologik ustunlik, balki milliy
xavfsizlik, iqtisodiy mustaqillik va xalqaro raqobatbardoshlik mezoniga aylangan.
Xususan, AQSh, Xitoy, Yevropa Ittifoqi, Yaponiya va Janubiy Koreya davlatlari SIga katta
sarmoya kiritmoqda. Ular o‘zlarining milliy SI strategiyalarini ishlab chiqqan va uni davlat
siyosatining muhim yo‘nalishi sifatida rivojlantirmoqda.

O‘zbekistonda sun'iy intellekt rivoji
O‘zbekiston Respublikasi ham raqamli texnologiyalar,
jumladan, sun'iy intellekt sohasini rivojlantirishni davlat siyosati darajasiga olib chiqdi. 2021-yilda
Prezident qarori bilan "Sun'iy intellektni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha 2021–2022 yillarga mo‘ljallanga
n
chora-tadbirlar rejasi" tasdiqlandi. Shuningdek, "Sun'iy intellektni rivojlantirish agentligi" tashkil
etildi.
O‘zbekistonda SI asoslarini o‘qitish oliy ta'lim tizimiga kiritilmoqda. Axborot texnologiyalari
universitetlari, IT Park, xususiy kompaniyalar SI sohasida innovatsion ishlanmalarni amalga
oshirmoqda. Sun'iy intellekt asosida davlat xizmatlari, soliq tizimi, transport boshqaruvi, tibbiyot
sohalarida dasturlar joriy qilinmoqda.
Sun'iy intellektning ehtiyot choralari va etik masalalari
Sun'iy intellektning jadal rivojlanishi
bilan birga, uning xavflari va muammolari ham yuzaga chiqmoqda. Jumladan:
•
Shaxsiy ma'lumotlarning himoyalanishi;
•
Algoritmlardagi noxolislik (bias);
•
Ish o‘rinlarining qisqarishi;
•
Inson huquqlari va etik normalarga zid bo‘lgan qo‘llanilishi;
•
SI tomonidan noto‘g‘ri qarorlar chiqarilishi.
Shu sababli sun'iy intellektni joriy etishda xalqaro etik me'yorlarga, huquqiy asoslarga va
xavfsizlik protokollariga amal qilish zarur. Har bir SI tizimi inson manfaatlariga xizmat qilishi,
shaffof va ishonchli bo‘lishi kerak.
Xulosa
Sun'iy intellekt texnologiyalari zamonaviy davrning ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, u ijtimoiy,
iqtisodiy va madaniy sohalarda tub o‘zgarishlar keltirib chiqarmoqda. Zamon talabi shuki, har bir
jamiyat ushbu texnologiyalarni chuqur o‘rganib, ulardan oqilona foydal
anish, xavfsiz joriy etish va
inson salohiyatini rivojlantirish bilan uyg‘unlashtirishi lozim. O‘zbekistonning bu boradagi
strategiyasi sun'iy intellektni xalq farovonligiga xizmat qildirishga yo‘naltirilgan bo‘lib, bu
texnologiyani milliy taraqqiyot omiliga aylantirish imkonini bermoqda.
