Annotatsiya.
Maqolada zamonaviy fan-texnika yutuqlari fonida hayot faoliyati xavfsizligini
ta'minlash muammolari, texnologik taraqqiyotning inson salomatligi va ekologik muhitga ta'siri,
hamda xavfsizlik madaniyatini shakllantirish zarurati tahlil qilinadi. Yangi texnologiyalarni joriy
etish bilan birga, xavf-xatarlarni boshqarish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bugungi kunning
dolzarb vazifasiga aylangan.

hayot faoliyati xavfsizligi, texnika taraqqiyoti, texnogen xavf, ekologik muhit,
sanoat xavfsizligi, xavfsizlik madaniyati.

XXI asrning boshlaridan boshlab ilm-
fan va texnologiyalarning sur’at bilan rivojlanishi
insoniyat hayotining barcha sohalariga chuqur ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Shu bilan birga, yangi
texnologiyalar, sanoat avtomatizatsiyasi, raqamli transformatsiya va sun’iy in
tellekt tizimlari
hayotimizda turli xavflarni yuzaga keltirmoqda. Shu nuqtai nazardan hayot faoliyati xavfsizligini
ta’minlash, xavflarni oldindan aniqlash va ularni boshqarish masalalari global miqyosda muhim
ahamiyat kasb etmoqda.

1. Fan-texnika taraqqiyoti va yangi xavf-xatarlar
Yangi texnologiyalar inson salomatligi va atrof-
muhitga xavf tug‘diruvchi bir qator omillarni
yuzaga keltiradi. Masalan:

Yadro energiyasi

energetik mustaqillikni
ta’minlasa
-da, radiatsion tahdidni keltirib
chiqaradi.
•
Kimyo sanoati
—
ishlab chiqarish unumdorligini oshirsa-da, zaharli chiqindilar bilan
ekologik muhitga zarar yetkazadi.
•
Robototexnika va sun’iy intellekt
—
ishlab chiqarish xavfsizligini oshirsa-da, inson
omilining cheklanishi va noto‘g‘ri boshqaruv natijasida kutilmagan texnogen halokatlar
yuzaga kelishi mumkin.
2. Hayot faoliyati xavfsizligi fanining mazmuni va ahamiyati
Hayot faoliyati xavfsizligi
—
bu insonning yashash muhitidagi xavf-xatarlarni aniqlash,
baholash, oldini olish va ularni boshqarishga qaratilgan tizimli yondashuv. Bu fan quyidagi
yo‘nalishlarni o‘z ichiga oladi:
•
Biologik va ekologik xavfsizlik;
•
Sanoat va ishlab chiqarish xavfsizligi;
•
Favqulodda vaziyatlarga tayyorgarlik;
•
Mehnat muhofazasi va texnika xavfsizligi;
•
Axborot xavfsizligi.
3. Fan-texnika yutuqlaridan xavfsizlikda foydalanish
Zamonaviy texnologiyalar xavflarni kamaytirishda ham samarali qo‘llanmoqda:
•
Sensorlar va IoT qurilmalari
yordamida yong‘in, gaz sizishi yoki bosim oshishi kabi
hodisalarni erta aniqlash mumkin.
•
Simulyatsion dasturlar
favqulodda vaziyatlarni modellashtirishga va xodimlarni o‘qitishga
xizmat qiladi.
•
Sun’iy intellekt
ma’lumotlarni tahlil qilib, xavfli holatlarni oldindan bashorat qilishga
yordam beradi.
•
Dronlar
yordamida yirik sanoat zonalarida xavfsizlik monitoringi olib boriladi.
4. Xavfsizlik madaniyati va inson omili
Fan va texnologiyalar qanday rivojlanmasin, inson omili har doim markazda bo‘lib qoladi.
Xavfsizlik madaniyatini shakllantirish, ya'ni:

Xavf haqida bilimga ega bo‘lish;
•
Javobgarlik hissini kuchaytirish;
•
Foydalanuvchi va ishchi xodimlarni muntazam o‘qitish,
kabi chora-
tadbirlar har qanday texnik vositadan ko‘ra ko‘proq xavfsizlikka xizmat qiladi.
5. O‘zbekiston misolida tahlil
O‘zbekistonda so‘nggi yillarda fan
-texnika asosidagi xavfsizlik tizimlarini rivojlantirish
bo‘yicha bir qator qonunchilik hujjatlari va davlat dasturlari qabul qilindi. Masalan:
•
“Mehnatni muhofaza qilish to‘g‘risida”gi qonun;
•
Favqulodda vaziyatlar vazirligi tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan xavfsizlik strategiyalari;
•
Sanoat korxonalarida raqamli monitoring tizimlarini joriy etish loyihalari.
Xulosa
Fan va texnika yutuqlari zamonaviy jamiyat taraqqiyotining negizini tashkil etsa-da, ular bilan
bog‘liq xavflarni boshqarish muhim masalalardan biridir. Hayot faoliyati xavfsizligi —
bu
texnologiyalarni inson salomatligi va ekologik barqarorlik bilan uyg‘u
nlashtirishga xizmat qiluvchi
muhim fan sohasidir. Uni rivojlantirish orqali nafaqat texnogen xavflarni kamaytirish, balki xavfsiz
va barqaror kelajak sari dadil odimlash imkoniyati mavjud.
