Annotatsiya.

Ushbu tadqiqotda hozirgi kunga kelib ta’limning zamonaviy yo’nalishlaridan

kelib chiqqan holda ta’limga oid davlat dasturlari va ta’limga oid interaktiv strategiyalarga
asoslangan holda pedagogik metodlarni tashkil etish muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Ta’limning
interaktiv strategiyalariga asoslangan zamonaviy metodlarni asosiy maqsadi bu ta’lim
samaradorligini oshirish va o’quvchining ta’lim olishga bo’lgan qiziqishlarini oshirishdan iborat.

Ushbu tadqiqotda ta’lim metodlari asosida kolloborativ ta’lim shaklining afzalliklari haqida

ma’lumotlar keltirib o’tilgan.

Abstract.

In this study, it is important to establish educational state programs and

Аннотация.

В данном исследовании рассматривается вопрос разработки

государственных образовательных программ и педагогических методов, основанных на
интерактивных образовательных стратегиях, с учётом современных тенденций в
образовании. Основная цель современных методов, основанных на интерактивных
образовательных стратегиях, – повышение эффективности обучения и повышение интереса
учащихся к обучению. В данном исследовании представлены данные о преимуществах
совместного обучения, основанного на образовательных методах.

Kirish

Bugungi kunda ta’limning interaktiv strategiyalariga asoslangan zamonaviy ta’lim

metodlarida o‘qitish shakllari o‘zining yetarlilik darajasini oshirmoqda, shu sababli, o‘quvchi yoki
talaba faqat ma’lumot oluvchi emas, balki faol ishtirokchi, muammolarni hal etuvchi va ijodiy
fikrlovchi shaxs sifatida shakllanib boradi. Shu bois, zamonaviy pedagogika nazariyasi va amaliyoti
o‘qitish jarayonida interaktiv strategiyalar va innovatsion ta’lim metodlarini keng joriy etishni
dolzarb masala sifatida ko‘rib chiqilmoqda. Ta’lim tizimidagi interaktiv yondashuvlarga asoslangan
pedagogik metodlar — bu o‘quvchilarning o‘zaro hamkorlikda (kolloborativ ta’lim), o‘qituvchi bilan
faol muloqot asosida bilim olish jarayonini tashkil etuvchi strategiyalar majmuasi hisoblanadi.

Xalqaro miqyosdagi ta’lim standartlari tahlillariga ko‘ra, dunyo bo‘yicha ilg‘or ta’lim

tizimlariga asoslangan metodlar o‘quvchilarning mustaqil fikrlash, ijodkorlik va muammoli
vaziyatlarni hal etish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi, ta’limning zamonaviy
yo’nalishlariga qaratilgan interaktiv o‘qitish metodlarini asosiy ustuvor yo‘nalish sifatida belgilab
o’tilgan. Amerikalik pedagog va olim John Dewey (1916) o‘zining “Democracy and Education”
asarida ta’lim jarayonini jamiyatdagi real muammolarni hal qilish bilan bog‘lab o‘rganish zarurligini
ta’kidlab o’tgan va ta’limning zamonaviy shakllaridan foydalanishning afzalliklari haqida
ma’lumotlar keltirib o’tgan. Dewey fikricha, ta’lim olish jarayonida o‘quvchilar faqat tayyor bilimni
emas, balki uni amalda qo‘llashni ham o‘rganishlari kerak deb hisoblab o’tgan. Bu esa “learning by
doing methods” — ya’ni “amal orqali o‘rganish metodi” zamonaviy interaktiv ta’lim konsepsiyasiga
asoslanadi. Zamonaviy pedagogik tadqiqotlar natijalari tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, zamonaviy ta’lim
dasturlariga asoslangan interaktiv metodlar o‘quvchilarning motivatsiyasi, mustaqil o‘rganish
malakasi va tanqidiy fikrlash qobiliyatini kuchaytirishga yordam beradi.

Ta’limning interaktiv o‘qitish strategiyalarining asosiy maqsadi — ta’lim oluvchini bilim

jarayonining oshirishga va uni passiv tinglovchidan faol ishtirokini ta’minlashdan iboratdir. Bu
zamonaviy ta’limga oid yondashuvlarga asoslangan holda pedagogik metodlarni tashkil etish orqali
ta’lim jarayonini faqat bilim berishdan iborat emasligi, balki kommunikativ, ijtimoiy, va tahliliy
kompetensiyalarni shakllantirishga qaratilgan yo’nalishlarda bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirish
asosiy vazifa sanaladi. Ta’limda bu kabi metodlarni qo‘llash o‘qituvchidan yuqori darajadagi
kreativlik,pedagogik mahoratni va psixologik tayyorgarlikni talab qiladi. Zamonaviy ta’limning
interaktiv metodlari bo‘yicha xalqaro olimlar tomonidan olib borilgan tadqiqotlarga asoslanganda
interaktiv ta’lim shaklining asosiy tahlillari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, bilimlarni o‘zlashtirish darajasi
bevosita o‘quvchining ta’lim jarayonida faolligini oshirish ko’rstkichlariga bog‘liq bo’ladi. Shuning
uchun ham bugungi kunda dunyoning ko‘plab universitetlari va maktablarida “Active Learning”,
“Collaborative Learning” kabi ta’limga yondashuvlar shakllari keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Ma’lumot
sifatida aytishimiz mumkinki, hozirgi vaqtda zamonaviy ta’limda interaktiv strategiyalar va
pedagogik metodlar o‘quvchi shaxsini qiziqishlarini oshirish, dunyoqarashini kengaytirish, erkin
fikrlash qobiliyatini oshirish, yangi bilimlarga ega bo’lish, jamoaviy holda o‘zaro hamkorlikda ta’lim
olish, muloqot va refleksiya asosida qurilgan ta’lim modelining rivojlanishiga xizmat qiladi.

Ta’limda ko’p vektorli pedagogik yondashuvlarga asoslangan metodlardan foydalanish

dasturini keng darajada oliy ta’lim muassasalari o'quv faoliyatida qo’llash orqali bo'lib, talabalarning
o'quv jarayonidagi ishtiroki darajasini oshiradi. Hamkorlik bilan o‘rganish o‘quvchilarga o‘quv
dasturi mazmunini o‘zlashtirish va turli xil fikrlash, kolloborativ ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish nuqtai

nazaridan o‘quv jarayonini jadallashtirishga yordam beradigan tasdiqlangan metodik usuldir. Ushbu
pedagogik strategiyalar talabalar o'rtasidagi o'zaro munosabatlarning nisbatan yuqori darajasini
targ'ib qilishda umumiydir. Hamkorlikdagi ta'limning samaradorligi ijtimoiy-psixologik omillarning
(shaxslararo munosabatlar sifati, psixologik moslashuv, o'rganishga ijobiy munosabat) va o'rganish
turlarining uyg'unligi bilan bog'liq ishtirok etishni ta’minlash orqali tashkil etish maqsadga
muvofiqdir. Hamkorlikdagi (kolloborativ) ta’limning yuqoridagi xarakteristikalari hamkorlikda ko’p
vektorli ta’lim yo’nalishlarida katta tarbiyaviy salohiyatga ega degan xulosaga kelish imkonini
beradi. Ushbu tadqiqotda mazkur interaktiv ta’lim metodlariga asoslangan pedagogik
yondashuvlarning nazariy asoslari, xalqaro tajribalar, zamonaviy ta’lim metodlariga asoslangan
vositalar orqali qo‘llanishi hamda O‘zbekiston Respublikasida ta’lim tizimidagi tatbiq etish
imkoniyatlari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’limning strategik bosqichlarda tahlili bu faqat
bilim beruvchi tizim modeli emas, balki shaxsni rivojlantiruvchi, ijtimoiy hayotga tayyorlovchi,
muhitda va global dunyoda faol bo‘lishni o‘rgatuvchi jarayon hisoblanadi. Bugungi kunga kelib
ta’lim konsepsiyasi “bilimni o‘zlashtirish”dan ko‘ra “bilimni yaratish” tamoyiliga asoslanmoqda va
yangi ta’lim metodlaridan foydalanish yaxshi natijalarga imkon yaratmoqda. Psixologik nuqtayi
nazardan kelib chiqqanda interaktiv o‘qitish metodlari shaxsning faol ishtirokini ta’minlab beruvchi
vosita hisoblanib, bilimlarni uzoq muddatli xotirada mustahkamlashga yordam beradi. Tajribali
pedagog Albert Banduraning ijtimoiy o‘rganish nazariyasiga ko‘ra, inson boshqalarning harakatlarini
kuzatish, tanqid qilish va ularni tahlil qilish orqali yangi xulq-atvor shakllarini o‘rganadi. Shu
sababli, hamkorlikdagi o‘qitish (kolloborativ ta’lim) va muhokamaga asoslangan metodlar
o‘quvchilarning ijtimoiy muhitda o‘zaro ta’sirini kuchaytiradi. Bu kabi yondashuvlar o‘qitishda
“Differensial ta’lim” va “Individual o‘quv yo‘nalishlari” konsepsiyalarini shakllantirdi. Natijada
o‘qitish jarayoni yanada shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan tarzda, moslashuvchan va interfaol tus oldi. Demak,
zamonaviy ta’lim konsepsiyasi va metodologiyasi shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan, interaktiv va hamkorlikdagi
ta’lim shakllari asosida qurilgan tizimni nazarda tutadi. U o‘quvchining o‘zlashtirish darajasi emas,
balki uni fikrlash, tahlil qilish, ijodkorlik va muammolarni hal etish qobiliyatini rivojlantirishni
asosiy maqsad qiladi. Shu bois, O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimi ham bugungi global o‘zgarishlar sharoitida
shu konsepsiyalarni milliy an’analarga uyg‘un holda joriy etish orqali raqobatbardosh, bilimli va
ijodiy fikrlovchi avlodni tarbiyalash yo‘lidan bormoqda degan fikrdamiz. Interaktiv o‘qitish
tizimining asosiy modeli — bu o‘quv jarayonida o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchilar o‘rtasida faol muloqot,
hamkorlik va fikr almashish asosida tashkil etilgan metodlarning tahliliy tizimidir. Bu yondashuvda
ta’lim jarayoni ikki tomonlama faoliyatga ajratadi: o‘qituvchi o‘quvchini boshqaradi, lekin ayni
paytda o‘quvchining fikr va tajribasidan ham o‘rganadi. Interaktiv strategiyalar o‘quv jarayonining
sifatini tubdan o‘zgartiradi. Xalqaro pedagogik tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, interaktiv o‘qitish
metodlari natijasida: o‘quvchilarning bilimlarni saqlab qolish darajasi 50–70% gacha oshadi,
ijodkorlik va tanqidiy fikrlash qobiliyatlari rivojlanadi. Ta’limga nisbatan motivatsiya va o‘rganishga
qiziqish kuchayadi. Bundan tashqari, interaktiv metodlar o‘quvchining ta’limga bo’lgan ehtiyojiga
moslashadi. Har bir o‘quvchi o‘z qobiliyati, tezligi va o‘rganish uslubiga mos tarzda jarayonga
kirishadi. Bu yondashuv ta’limni individuallashtirish imkonini beradi.

Xulosa

Xulosa qilib shuni aytishimiz mumkinki, interaktiv ta’lim metodlarini samarali joriy etish

uchun o‘qituvchi yuqori darajadagi tayyorgarlikka ega bo‘lishi lozim bo’ladi.

Afsuski, ayrim hollarda interaktiv ta’lim metodini qo’llashda quyidagi muammolar kuzatiladi:
O‘qituvchilarning yangi pedagogik texnologiyalarni yetarlicha bilmasligi metodlardan

foydalanishda ma’lumotlarning kamligidir. Bu muammolarni hal qilish uchun pedagogik malaka
oshirish dasturlarini yangilash, ta’lim infratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish va raqamli didaktika
bo‘yicha o‘qituvchilarni qayta tayyorlash zarur bo’ladi. Interaktiv o‘qitish strategiyalari zamonaviy
ta’limning asosi hisoblanadi. Ular orqali o‘quvchi bilim oluvchi emas, balki bilim yaratuvchi shaxsga
aylanadi. Bu pedagogik metodlar o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasida muloqotni kuchaytiradi,
hamkorlik, ijodkorlik va ijtimoiy mas’uliyatni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi.
