Abstract

This study analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of guaranteeing human rights and freedoms in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study examines the role of the Constitution in protecting human rights, the mechanisms for implementing rights, as well as the problems arising in modern society and ways to eliminate them on a scientific basis. The concept of human rights, their personal, civil, socio-economic and cultural aspects, the role and significance of Constitutional guarantees in society are analyzed. The article also highlights the importance of issues such as legal culture, raising civic awareness, social protection and digital security in fully ensuring rights. The results of the study show that the Constitution, as the main legal document guaranteeing human rights, is a central instrument for the stability of society and the development of democratic principles.
