This article analyzes the significance of human resource potential in enhancing the competitiveness of Uzbekistan's construction sector. It emphasizes that the foundation of successful performance in the construction industry is qualified and competent specialists. The article examines strategies for strengthening the competitiveness of construction enterprises through workforce training, professional development, and the improvement of their knowledge and practical skills. Additionally, the article highlights current issues in developing human resource potential, explores ways to address them, and provides practical recommendations.References
