Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of emotional intelligence, its components, and its impact on human activity from a scientific perspective. The study examines how emotional intelligence contributes to personal and professional development, stress management, teamwork, and social interactions. Additionally, the article discusses methods for developing emotional intelligence, including psychological training, reflection exercises, and educational programs, which enhance an individual’s emotional stability and social skills. The research findings indicate that emotional intelligence directly affects mental health, professional effectiveness, and personal success.
