Abstract

This article examines the study and implementation of international experience in the development of real estate valuation systems, as well as the challenges and prospects of its application in Uzbekistan. Special attention is given to international valuation standards (IVS, EVS), their core principles, and the issues of harmonizing them with national legislation and local practices.
