Abstract

This article explains why and how foreign direct investment increases when a country’s investment climate improves. The study examines factors such as legislative stability, a favorable tax system, infrastructure development, and conditions created for doing business. The findings show that as the economic environment improves, investor willingness to bring in capital rises, competition intensifies, and economic growth accelerates. The article emphasizes that creating a transparent market, ensuring property rights protection, and establishing a reliable business environment are among the most crucial factors in enhancing a country’s investment attractiveness.
