Abstract

Tovarlarni "o‘z vaqtida" (Just-in-Time, JIT) yetkazib berish xalqaro transport va logistika tizimlarining samaradorligini oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Ushbu maqolada statistik modellashtirish usullari yordamida tovarlarning yetkazib berish vaqtini aniqlash va optimallashtirish jarayonlari yoritiladi. JIT modelining asosiy tamoyillari va xalqaro trafikda qo‘llanishi tahlil qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, statistik modellar yordamida vaqtni aniqlashda foydalaniladigan parametrlar va ularning logistika tizimlariga ta‘siri muhokama qilinadi.

Annotatsiya. Tovarlarni "o‘z vaqtida" (Just-in-Time, JIT) yetkazib berish xalqaro

transport va logistika tizimlarining samaradorligini oshirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Ushbu

maqolada statistik modellashtirish usullari yordamida tovarlarning yetkazib berish vaqtini

aniqlash va optimallashtirish jarayonlari yoritiladi. JIT modelining asosiy tamoyillari va xalqaro

trafikda qo‘llanishi tahlil qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, statistik modellar yordamida vaqtni

aniqlashda foydalaniladigan parametrlar va ularning logistika tizimlariga ta‘siri muhokama

qilinadi.

Аннотация. Доставка товаров "точно вовремя" (Just-in-Time, JIT) играет важную

роль в повышении эффективности международных транспортных и логистических

систем. В данной статье рассматриваются процессы определения и оптимизации

времени доставки товаров с использованием статистических методов моделирования.

Анализируются основные принципы модели JIT и её применение в международном

трафике. Особое внимание уделено параметрам, используемым в статистических моделях

для расчёта времени, и их влиянию на логистические системы.

Ключевые слова: модель JIT, статистическое моделирование, время доставки,

международная логистика, эффективность транспорта.

Abstract. Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery of goods plays a crucial role in enhancing the

efficiency of international transport and logistics systems. This article explores the processes of

determining and optimizing delivery times using statistical modeling methods. The key principles

of the JIT model and its application in international traffic are analyzed. Additionally, the

parameters used in statistical models to estimate delivery time and their impact on logistics

systems are discussed.

Xalqaro savdo va logistika jarayonlarida tovarlarni o‘z vaqtida yetkazib berish nafaqat

mijozlar ehtiyojlarini qondirish, balki xarajatlarni kamaytirish va jarayonni samarali boshqarish

uchun ham muhim ahamiyatga ega. JIT modeli bu jarayonni optimallashtirish uchun asosiy

vositalardan biri bo‘lib, transport tizimlarining turli bosqichlarida qo‘llaniladi. Ushbu maqolada

statistik modellashtirish orqali yetkazib berish vaqtini aniqlash usullari tahlil qilinadi.

Statistik modellashtirish va JIT modeli

Statistik modellashtirish JIT modelini qo‘llashda yetkazib berish vaqtini aniqlash va

bashorat qilish uchun asosiy vosita hisoblanadi. Quyida bu usulning asosiy qadamlariga to‘xtalib

o‘tiladi:

Ma‘lumotlarni yig‘ish:

o

Yetkazib berish jarayonidagi vaqt o‘lchovlari (transport turi, masofa, bojxona jarayonlari

vaqti va boshqalar).

o

Tarixiy ma‘lumotlar va avvalgi yetkazib berish vaqtlarining statistikasi.

Modelni tanlash:

o

Regression tahlili:

Yetkazib berish vaqtini aniqlash uchun asosiy o‘zgaruvchilar va

ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligini baholash.

o

Simulyatsion modellar:

Transport jarayonlarining turli stsenariylari asosida vaqtni

baholash.

3.

Parametrlarni optimallashtirish:

o

Tizimda muhim o‘zgaruvchilarni aniqlash va ularning samaradorlikka ta‘sirini baholash.

Masalan, transport vositasining tezligi, yukni qayta ishlash vaqti va bojxona

protseduralarining davomiyligi.

Avtomobil, temir yo‘l, havo yoki dengiz transportining har biri uchun vaqt ko‘rsatkichlari

farqlanadi.

Bojxona protseduralari:

Bojxona nazorati jarayonidagi vaqt kechikishlarga olib kelishi mumkin.

Logistika infratuzilmasi:

Ombor va qayta yuklash markazlarining samaradorligi yetkazib berish vaqtiga ta‘sir qiladi.

Iqlim va mavsumiy omillar:

Tabiiy sharoitlar transport operatsiyalarining kechikishiga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin.

Statistik modellashtirish usullari

1.

Chiziqli regressiya modeli:

Yetkazib berish vaqtini aniqlash uchun asosiy omillarni aniqlashda qo‘llaniladi.

2.

Monte-Karlo simulyatsiyasi:

Turli stsenariylar asosida vaqtni baholash va ehtimolliklarni aniqlash uchun ishlatiladi.

Queueing Theory (Navbatlash nazariyasi):

Yuklarni qayta ishlash jarayonida vaqtni hisoblash uchun qo‘llaniladi.

Xulosa

Tovarlarni o‘z vaqtida yetkazib berish xalqaro transport tizimlarining samaradorligini

oshirish uchun muhim vosita hisoblanadi. Statistik modellashtirish usullari orqali yetkazib berish

vaqtini aniqlash va optimallashtirish imkoniyatlari mavjud. Ushbu usullar jarayonni bashorat

qilish, kechikishlarni kamaytirish va logistika tizimlarini takomillashtirishga yordam beradi.
