Annotatsiya.
Ushbu tezisda psixolog-trener kasbining zamonaviy sport tizimidagi o‘rni,
uning kasbiy ko‘nikmalari va ularni shakllantirish jarayonidagi asosiy omillar yoritiladi.
Psixolog-trener nafaqat sportchilarning ruhiy barqarorligini mustahkamlovchi mutaxassis, balki
ularning ichki motivatsiyasini uyg‘otuvchi, stress holatlarini nazorat qiluvchi va musobaqaviy
bosimni yengishda yordam beruvchi muhim subyektdir. Tezisda samarali sport psixologi bo‘lish
uchun zarur bo‘lgan kasbiy fazilatlar, kommunikativ kompetensiyalar, diagnostik tahlil
ko‘nikmalari, muloqot va empatiya texnikalari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, psixolog-trenerlar
tayyorlov tizimi, amaliyotdagi yondashuvlar va trening metodikalari ko‘rib chiqilib,
takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROFESSIONAL SKILLS OF A
PSYCHOLOGIST-TRAINER
Abstract.
This thesis highlights the role of the psychologist-coach profession in the modern
sports system, its professional skills and the main factors in the process of their formation. A
psychologist-coach is not only a specialist who strengthens the mental stability of athletes, but
also an important subject who awakens their internal motivation, controls stress situations and
helps them overcome competitive pressure. The thesis analyzes the professional qualities,
communicative competencies, diagnostic analysis skills, communication and empathy techniques
necessary to become an effective sports psychologist. Also, the training system, approaches in
practice and training methodologies for psychologist-coaches are considered and proposals for
improvement are put forward.

KIRISH
Zamonaviy sport jarayonida sportchining jismoniy holatidan tashqari uning ruhiy
barqarorligi, emotsional tayyorgarligi va ichki motivatsiyasi natijalarga bevosita ta’sir
ko‘rsatmoqda. Shu sababli psixolog-trener kasbi sport jamoalarida ajralmas bo‘g‘inga
aylanmoqda. Psixolog-trener shunchaki maslahat beruvchi emas, balki sportchining ruhiy
barqarorlik, maqsadga yo‘naltirish, musobaqaviy stressni boshqarish kabi holatlarida faol
hamkorlik qiluvchi mutaxassis hisoblanadi.
Ushbu tezisda aynan psixolog-trenerning kasbiy ko‘nikmalari — ya’ni uning sportchiga
yaqinlashish uslubi, muloqotdagi sezgirlik, tezkor tahlil qobiliyati, o‘zini tutish madaniyati va
metodik salohiyati tahlil qilinadi. Soha mutaxassislari tomonidan ilgari surilgan nazariy qarashlar,
xalqaro amaliy tajribalar hamda amaliy sport psixologiyasi doirasidagi metodikalar asosida
psixolog-trener kasbining muvaffaqiyat omillari aniqlanadi. Bundan tashqari, ushbu kasbda
doimiy refleksiya, o‘z-o‘zini baholash va kasbiy rivojlanishning uzluksizligi ham dolzarb
muammo sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi.
ASOSIY QISM
Psixolog-trener kasbi sport psixologiyasi va murabbiylik psixodiagnostikasi kesishgan
nuqtasida joylashgan bo‘lib, u ko‘p qirrali bilim, ko‘nikma va munosabatlar tizimini o‘z ichiga
oladi. Bu soha bo‘yicha xalqaro tajribalarda sport psixologining asosiy vazifalari ichki
motivatsiyani rag‘batlantirish, ruhiy bosimni kamaytirish, musobaqaviy stressni boshqarish va
sportchining psixoemotsional holatini muvozanatlashtirish sifatida belgilangan.
O‘zbekistonda bu soha nisbatan yangilik bo‘lib, mavjud amaliyotda sport psixologlari
ko‘proq maslahat beruvchi, test o‘tkazuvchi rolida ishtirok etmoqda. Holbuki, rivojlangan sport
tizimlarida psixolog-trener sportchining individual psixotipiga mos rejalashtirilgan ruhiy
tayyorgarlik dasturlarini ishlab chiqadi. Kasbiy ko‘nikmalar jumlasiga quyidagilar kiradi: faol
tinglash, empatiya, emotsional muvozanatni saqlash, stress diagnostikasi, motivatsion suhbat
yuritish, guruh psixodinamikasini tahlil qilish.
Tadqiqot metodologiyasi sifatida sifatli yondashuv asosida quyidagi usullar qo‘llanildi:
– psixolog-trenerlar va sportchilar bilan yarim strukturaviy intervyular,
– kuzatuv asosida amaliy faoliyat tahlili,

– professional ko‘nikmalarni aniqlashga qaratilgan diagnostik testlar (Professional
Reflexivity Scale, Empathy Index),
– so‘rovnomalar yordamida umumiy tahlil.
Tanlov sifatida 10 nafar amaliy sport psixologi (oliy sport ta’limi bo‘yicha malakaga ega),
15 nafar faol murabbiy va 20 nafar sportchi ishtirok etgan. Tahlillar davomida psixolog-trenerlar
tomonidan eng muhim deb topilgan ko‘nikmalar qaysilar ekani aniqlanib, ularning real
faoliyatdagi aks ettirish usullari o‘rganildi. Kuzatuvlar ko‘rsatadiki, kasbiy kompetensiyalar
samaradorlik bilan chambarchas bog‘liq: yuqori empatiya darajasi, tezkor tahliliy fikrlash, stress
holatlarini oldindan sezish qobiliyati muvaffaqiyatli sportchi-psixolog tandemi uchun asosiy omil
hisoblanadi.
Metodik asos sifatida xalqaro tajribadagi trening formatlari (biofeedback texnologiyalari,
vizualizatsiya, relaksatsiya mashqlari) o‘rganildi va o‘zbek sport tizimiga moslashtirish
imkoniyatlari baholandi.
Tadqiqot davomida aniqlanishicha, samarali psixolog-trener faoliyati uchun zarur bo‘lgan
asosiy kasbiy ko‘nikmalar quyidagilardan iborat: sportchining ruhiy holatini tezda aniqlash,
emotsional muvozanatni baholay olish, motivatsion yondashuvlarni qo‘llash, faol tinglash va
empatik aloqa o‘rnatish. Intervyular davomida so‘ralgan 10 nafar psixolog-trenerdan 9 nafari faol
tinglash va individual psixotipga moslashishni eng muhim omillar sifatida e’tirof etgan.
Kuzatuvlar natijalariga ko‘ra, yuqori darajadagi empatiyaga ega bo‘lgan psixolog-trenerlar
bilan ishlagan sportchilar stressga nisbatan chidamliroq bo‘lgan, musobaqaviy bosim ostida o‘z
holatini nazorat qila olgan. Shuningdek, sportchining individual rejalashtirilgan ruhiy tayyorgarlik
dasturlarini ishlab chiqishda diagnostik ko‘nikmalarning muhimligi yaqqol namoyon bo‘ldi.
Masalan, Professional Reflexivity Scale asosida o‘tkazilgan baholash natijalariga ko‘ra,
yuqori kasbiy refleksiya darajasi psixologik muloqot sifatiga bevosita ta’sir qilgani aniqlangan.
XULOSA VA MUNOZARA
Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, psixolog-trener sport tizimining ajralmas va zaruriy
bo‘g‘ini bo‘lib, uning kasbiy ko‘nikmalari sportchining ruhiy holati, musobaqaga tayyorgarligi va
natijalari bilan bevosita bog‘liq. Ayniqsa, faol tinglash, empatiya, psixologik diagnostika,
motivatsion yondashuv va refleksiya qobiliyati bu kasbning asosiy ustunliklaridir.
Amaliy kuzatuvlar asosida quyidagi tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi:
Psixolog-trenerlarning kasbiy tayyorgarlik dasturlariga kommunikativ yondashuv, stressni
boshqarish va motivatsion texnologiyalarni chuqur integratsiya qilish maqsadga muvofiq.

Har bir sportchi uchun individual psixologik profil tuzish va shu asosida ruhiy tayyorgarlik
strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish tavsiya etiladi.
Oliy sport ta’limi muassasalarida sport psixologiyasi yo‘nalishida amaliy treninglar,
biofeedback texnologiyalar va simulyatsion usullar asosida o‘qitish yo‘lga qo‘yilishi kerak.
