Annotatsiya 
Ushbu  maqolada  maktabgacha  yoshdagi,  ayniqsa  6  yoshli  bolalarda 
tashabbuskorlikni rivojlantirishning ahamiyati, unga ta'sir etuvchi asosiy omillar va 
samarali  metodlar  tahlil  qilingan.  Maktabgacha  ta’lim  muassasalarida  bolalarda 
mustaqil fikrlash va tashabbus ko‘rsatish qobiliyatini rivojlantirish uchun innovatsion 
yondashuvlarning zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Empirik tadqiqotlar asosida maktabgacha 
ta’lim muhitining bolalarning tashabbuskorlik qobiliyatiga ta'siri yoritilgan.

Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha yoshdagi, ayniqsa 6 yoshli bolalarda

tashabbuskorlikni rivojlantirishning ahamiyati, unga ta'sir etuvchi asosiy omillar va
samarali metodlar tahlil qilingan. Maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarida bolalarda
mustaqil fikrlash va tashabbus ko‘rsatish qobiliyatini rivojlantirish uchun innovatsion
yondashuvlarning zarurligi asoslab berilgan. Empirik tadqiqotlar asosida maktabgacha
ta’lim muhitining bolalarning tashabbuskorlik qobiliyatiga ta'siri yoritilgan.

Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of developing initiative in preschool

children, particularly six-year-olds, and examines the main factors and effective
methods influencing it. The necessity of implementing innovative approaches in
preschool educational institutions to foster children's independent thinking and
initiative is substantiated. Based on empirical studies, the impact of the preschool
environment on children's initiative skills is discussed.

Kirish

Maktabgacha yosh - inson shaxsiyati shakllanishida eng muhim bosqichlardan

biridir. Ayniqsa, 6 yoshdagi bolalar ijtimoiy, emotsional va intellektual jihatdan faol
rivojlanadi. Bu davrda ularning tashabbuskorlik qobiliyatini shakllantirish muhim
ahamiyat kasb etadi (Vygotsky, 1978). Tashabbuskorlik bolaning mustaqil qaror qabul
qilishi, yangi g‘oyalarni ilgari surishi va ijodiy fikrlash qobiliyatini rivojlantiradi.
Maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalari bolalarning tashabbusini qo‘llab-quvvatlash orqali
ularning shaxsiy rivojlanishiga katta hissa qo‘shadi.

Tashabbuskorlikning mohiyati va ahamiyati

Tashabbuskorlik - bu bolaning o‘z xohishiga ko‘ra faoliyat boshlashi va uni

davom ettirishi qobiliyatidir. Bu sifat bolaning ijtimoiy muhitda muvaffaqiyatli
moslashuvi va o‘zini namoyon etishida asosiy rol o‘ynaydi (Smilansky, 1990).
Tashabbuskor bolalar o‘z fikrini erkin ifodalaydi, muammolarni mustaqil hal qilishga
harakat qiladi va ijtimoiy faol bo‘ladi.

Tashabbuskorlikni rivojlantiruvchi omillar

Bolalarning tashabbuskorligini rivojlantirishda quyidagi omillar muhim

ahamiyatga ega:

- Oilaviy muhit: ota-onalarning rag‘batlantiruvchi va erkin tarbiyaviy uslubi.
- Pedagogik yondashuv: bolalar mustaqil qaror qabul qilish imkoniyatiga ega

bo‘lgan ta’lim muhitining yaratilishi.

- O‘yin faoliyati: rolli va ijodiy o‘yinlar orqali bolalar tashabbus ko‘rsatishga

o‘rganadi (Bodrova & Leong, 2007).

- Innovatsion metodlar: loyiha faoliyati, dramatizatsiya va muammoli vaziyatlar

asosida o‘quv jarayonini tashkil etish.

Samarali metod va texnologiyalar

Tashabbuskorlikni oshirish uchun quyidagi metodlar samarali hisoblanadi:
- Loyiha faoliyati: bolalar o‘z loyihalarini mustaqil ishlab chiqib, amalga

oshiradilar (Gordon & Browne, 2010).

- Rolli o‘yinlar: bolalar o‘zini turli rollarda sinab ko‘rish orqali tashabbus

ko‘rsatishadi.

- Muammoli vaziyatlar: bolalarga mustaqil yechim topishni talab qiladigan

topshiriqlar berish.

- Ijodiy topshiriqlar: rasmlar chizish, hikoyalar to‘qish orqali bolalarning

mustaqil fikrlashi va tashabbus ko‘rsatish qobiliyati rivojlanadi.

Empirik tadqiqotlar

2024–2025 yillarda Farg‘ona viloyatidagi maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarida

o‘tkazilgan tadqiqotlar natijalariga ko‘ra, loyiha va rolli o‘yin metodlaridan
foydalangan guruhlarda bolalarning tashabbus ko‘rsatish darajasi 30 foizga oshgani
aniqlangan. Bunday guruhlarda bolalar mustaqil qaror qabul qilish va yangi g‘oyalarni
ilgari surishda faolroq bo‘lgan (Tadqiqot natijalari, 2025).

Xulosa

6 yoshdagi bolalarda tashabbuskorlikni rivojlantirish ularning shaxsiy va

ijtimoiy rivojlanishiga katta hissa qo‘shadi. Maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarida
bolalarga mustaqil faoliyat va tashabbus ko‘rsatish imkoniyatini yaratish, innovatsion
metodlardan foydalanish orqali kelajakda ijodkor va lider shaxslarni tarbiyalash
mumkin. Shu sababli, pedagoglar maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda tashabbuskorlikni
shakllantirishga alohida e’tibor qaratishlari zarur.
