The most important tasks in the field of economic development are attracting foreign investments into the economy of our country, creating favourable conditions for them, providing legal protection and further improving the investment climate. The article analyzes the basic concepts of the international financial centre and its brief history, the views of several scholars from different countries on international financial centres and their types. Prospects for the establishment of international financial centres in Uzbekistan were also studied. This was demonstrated as a result of the analysis of the legal, financial and other possibilities of establishing an international financial centre based on common law in Uzbekistan.

Intercultural communication as the most important aspect of intercultural interaction is a prerequisite for a successful dialogue of cultures across the globe. Under the leadership of President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, along with the principles of interethnic harmony and religious tolerance in the internal life of the country, a good neighbourly policy is being pursued with neighbouring republics. This article highlights the achievements of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign policy in recent years and the establishment of good neighbourly relations between the peoples of Central Asia.

Platform employment is a dynamically developing flexible format that can play the role of both primary and secondary employment. Although the available statistics do not allow us to accurately estimate the size of this segment of the economy, we can talk about its large-scale growth, as well as the number of people involved and turnover.

The article also defines the diplomatic protocol and what appeals to it by analyzing its theoretical and legal bases as well as presenting examples of documents used among members of the diplomatic corps. The consequences and reasons of the activities of private employment agencies in regulation of migration in the context of demographic, environmental, social and general legal approaches in society are studied in this article. Migrants who left Uzbekistan to work abroad for twenty-five years, their geography and its main reasons are analyzed. In the last two years, permission for private employment agencies in Uzbekistan to carry out their activities, their activity of sending migrants abroad has been based on insufficient legal and economic protection of migrants. At the same time, various specialists, skilled workers and simply passionate people (creators of their own destiny) left their homeland for political or economic reasons. Some of them leave to earn money temporarily and some leave to live in a new place. As a result, these individuals tried to find their place in another society. The activities of private employment agencies and the reasons for emigration from Uzbekistan show that only through concrete economic and legal measures Uzbekistan can protect its citizens from human trafficking and fraud.

An investigative officer is the first stake holder of the criminal justice system who is responsible to bring each and every fact of the crime and to bring accused before the court of law.  Sec- 328,Cr.P.C. emphasis on the inquiry of unsoundness of mind of an accused that believe to be suffering from any mental illness and a magistrate immediately directs prosecution for the a medical examination. If Magistrate is convinced that the person is of unsound mind and consequently incapable of making his defence, he shall postpone proceedings and referred the accused to the hospital for the treatment. Section- 100 to 105 of Mental Health Care Act, 2017 also laid down procedures to deal with mentally ill people who come in contact with law.  However, it is found that investigative officers are either not aware of these criminal procedures or showing negligence towards it. Few cases of insanity were cometo notice by the Hon’ble High Courts where investigative officer’s negligence resulted into miscarriage of judgments by lower courts. In this research article authors discussed few cases where Court has found lacuna’s in investigative process and by setting past judgments aside deliver fresh judgment in the favour of an insane defendant. Researcher also explores the issue of human right violation by the criminal justice system itself. In conclusion some deliberations are made to eliminate such issues from criminal justice system.

The article is devoted to the issues of training military personnel in the context of independence of our country. Based on the analysis of the research done in this area, the author puts forward the directions of further strengthening and development of our national army on the basis of spiritual values. The article also shows the prospects of educating the younger military generation in the spirit of patriotism, based on the national historical experience.
