Annotation.
Today, one of the main problems of modern education is that the
interest in teaching students, the integrity of the lesson, effective methods and
stimulation of achieving general educational results in electives are declining due to
lower academic performance. One of the ways to solve these problems is a
motivational approach. Also, the organization of the educational process is the
formation of self-improvement, self-knowledge and self-reflection.
Key words:
teaching, knowledge, education, skill, method.
RELEVANCE
Such an implementation of the educational method in teaching
schoolchildren obliges them to solve such task and the issues as the formation of
such properties in children as independence, creativity, logic of world perception,
the ability to reflect and express their point of view, convincingly answer
questions, think outside the box, look for non-standard solutions, increase self-
criticism. There is a general method of solving theoretical problems in this system,
but the concept allows teachers to identify contradictions between existing
knowledge and between the latest facts, and as a rule, this allows them to develop
the skill of setting new tasks in teaching, knowledge and new facts, as well as to
set the latest educational tasks.
The meaning boils down to the fact that the teacher, using the method of
assistance in working with schoolchildren, did not give ready-made knowledge,
but formed such situations in which children themselves could introduce new
methods of solving the task, and most importantly calculated the novelty in the
subject of research. The knowledge that the teacher receives in a ready-made
form is not comprehended in any way, as well as those that have to be mastered
in detail.
Consequently, motivation and attendance levels will be higher.
In the system of motivational approach, attention is paid to formation and
development of experience of cooperation of younger schoolchildren, comparison
of various methods of solving the problem, substantiation of arguments,
defending their point of view and identifying advantages and disadvantages. A lot
of work is being done to develop children
’
s skills to evaluate their own work and
calculate their own educational goals. It is important to create conditions for the

development and formation of children
’
s skills of their own work in the
educational process. It is important to understand that the personality is revealed
and developed in PR (Public Relations) activities, but this is not yet a method of
activity. The corporation is based on additional work of a first-graders (Public
Relations) activity, in which he must be a subject in a certain activity. As a result
of this technology, the motivational approach progresses and forms the
experience of working in a subgroup, critical thinking is formed, theoretical
knowledge of students and their practical experience are activated.
An exceptionally unique combination of culturally based language teaching
methods, applied in the classroom along with a variety of teaching technologies,
will meet student motivation and language performance in the future.
Thus, we can say that the technology of forming the speech qualification of
a future specialist is the formation of cognitive, practical-active and personal
components.
The process of formation of speech qualification is a certain set of forms,
methods and methods for the formation of knowledge, skills and personal
orientations.
It is necessary to develop a program for the phased formation of the speech
qualification of the future, a complex and means of methods, techniques for the
formation of a culture of speech and eloquence, which could be widely used with
the help of information and communication technologies.
First-graders improve their superpower to express their thoughts, ideas,
suggestions, the ability to listen, different points of view and justify their own. As
a result of the formation of the technology of the motivational approach, the
experience of working in a subgroup progressive and develops, critical thinking
is formed theoretical knowledge and practical experience are activated, the ability
to express one
’
s thoughts, concepts, analyze different points of view, express and
justify one
’
s own progresses. The implementation of the motivational approach
allows students to achieve high results in mastering knowledge, increase
attendance. In lessons using this technology, girls and boys learn to reason, reflect,
analyze, not be afraid of difficulties, independently solve problems that they have
started to face, set goals and achieve them, be creative personalities.
As a result of the use of the motivational method in the educational process,
motivation in educational activity decreased, the psycho-emotional sphere of the
younger student is formed and develops, the interest and need for new knowledge
increases, their application according to the methodology and the quality of
learning and academic performance increases. The educational method in
teaching schoolchildren is a process in civilization of various types of activities
and solutions to the problem posed, which have no meaning for the student. At
the same time, actions are based on actions of thought. In this regard, it is
important to organize the process in such a way that the processes of
modernization of the strategy of actions, educational activities are defined as
ways of solving general educational tasks.

Moving away from the traditional lesson through the use of new
technologies in the learning process allows you to eliminate the monotony of the
educational period and the monotony of the educational process, there are
conditions for changing the types of activities of students, will allow you to
implement the principles of health. It is recommended to choose the technology

preparedness of students, the possibility of meeting their educational needs, and
the age of students.
Pedagogical technology is defined as: Techniques- field of pedagogical
knowledge reflecting the characteristics of the deep processes of pedagogical
activity, the features of their interaction, the management of which ensures the
necessary effectiveness of the educational process.

Methods of organizing the educational and cognitive process or sequence of
certain actions, operations related to a specific activity of the teacher I plan to
achieve my goals through the implementation of the following tasks:

process. To form student
’
s sustained interest and desire for self-education. To
form and develop communicative competence. Direct efforts to create conditions
for the formation of positive motivation for learning. To give students the
knowledge that determines their free, meaningful choice of life path.
CONCLUSION
In recent years, the question of the use of new information technologies in
education has been increasingly raised. These are not only new technical means,
but also new forms and methods of teaching, a new approach to the learning
process. The introduction of technologies into the pedagogical process increases
the authority of the teacher in the team, since teaching is conducted at a modern
higher level. In addition, the self-esteem of the teacher himself is growing,
developing his professional competencies.
Pedagogical mastery is based on the unity of knowledge and skills
corresponding to the current level of development of science, technology and
their product
–
information technology.
Currently, it is necessary to be able to receive information from different
sources, use it and create it yourself. The wide spread use of new technologies
open up new opportunities for the teacher in teaching his subject, as well as
greatly facilitate his work, increase the effectiveness of teaching, improve the
quality of teaching.
