regarding the development of creative competence in students.

Based on the innovative approach, we will analyze the theoretical and
methodological foundations of creativity development of future pedagogues. The main
digital competencies and pedagogical technologies necessary for effective work in the
modern educational environment are considered in this part. Methodological
approaches used in this field and methods of improving the quality of education were
also discussed. It involves the development of creative competence in students based
on an innovative approach, the use of new and effective methods in the educational
process. This approach aims to develop students' independent thinking, creative
approach and problem-solving skills by introducing innovations in educational
methodology.
In our country, an effective system of personnel training and organization of
education that meets world standards has been created, and even today, attention is paid
to the modernization of higher education as a priority direction of state policy. In
particular, the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 20,

development of the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030
was adopted. "Strategy of Actions for Further Development of the Republic of
Uzbekistan" for 2017-2021, "Measures for Further Improvement of the System of
Training of Pedagogical Personnel, Retraining of Public Education Workers and
Improving Their Qualifications" of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan In
accordance with the Resolution "on", to ensure the continuity and consistency of the
educational stages, to create a modern methodology of education, to develop and
implement a new generation of educational-methodical complexes, and to retrain
pedagogic staff and improve their qualifications further improvement of the system is
required.
Among the scientists of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), A.
Aksenova, AVMorozov, DVChernilevsky, N. Veraks, NAAlekseev, Yu.K. Kruglova,
KG Krechetnikov conducted scientific research on the issues of developing the quality
and efficiency of education based on a creative approach. . The factors of formation of
creative abilities in the educational process were studied by MMZinovkina,
AVMorozov, DBChernilevsky, VNDruzhinin and other scientists, while conceptual
theories focusing on psychological features of creativity were created by
YAPonomarev, ANLeontev, AVMorozov. The criteria of creativity, its psychological
mechanisms, the development technique of creative thinking, etc., are defined in the
work of DBBogoyavlenskaya, and the units of creativity analysis are defined.
According to the results of the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, there
is a need to improve the activities of self-development of specialists studying in higher
education institutions based on a creative approach, and to base their effectiveness on
pedagogical experience.
