Introduction
In our society, there are concepts such
as "leader", "leader", "leader", "sardor". In
fact, they all mean the same thing and serve
the same purpose. Therefore, it is difficult
to identify a significant difference between
the concepts of a leader and a manager.
Their
duties,
responsibilities,
and
characteristics are equal. However, one is
considered official and the other is
unofficial. A leader is formal, meaning he
is appointed to this position by law. A
leader is informal, meaning he is chosen by
a group based on their wishes. These are
two different forms of leadership. In many
cases, a leader first gains a position and
then respect from that position, while a
leader gains a position through respect.
A person with a high position, a
leader, achieves leadership on his own and
tells his subordinates what to do. A true
leader, in contrast, shows his followers
what to do and participates in it himself.
A leader is at his or her greatest
strength when his or her followers do not
doubt his or her presence, power, or talents,
but rather trust him or her. The qualities
that set a leader apart from others serve to
elevate him or her to greatness.
One of the main aspects that
distinguishes a leader from others is the
leader's confidence, first of all, in himself
and in the followers who follow him. As
our great scholars say, feeling your strength
adds strength to your strength. A leader
should always consult with those around
him before starting any work and delegate

some of the tasks assigned to him to them.
This will prove that he has a high level of
trust in his followers.
One
of
the
most
important
characteristics of a leader is their optimistic
thinking, that is, their ability to see only the
positive aspects of each goal they set. They
are also considered to have the ability to
make the right decisions. While some
people think long and hard and change their
decisions several times, a leader makes a
decision once and never doubts his
decision. That is why leaders are said to
have the ability to see the future. But they
don't have that power. Leaders simply
strive to create a future for themselves and
sometimes make decisions that can change
the world.
A leader knows his strengths and
advantages well and strives to use them as
effectively as possible. At the same time, he
is also able to recognize his weaknesses and
tries to correct them so that they do not
remain weak.
Great people are those who help
others feel that they can be great too.
“Mark Tven”
A leader must have the ability to
influence those around them. This includes
the ability to motivate others, guide them to
the right path, help their colleagues
discover and develop their talents, and be
supportive.
In
this
era
of
ever-increasing
development, we cannot help but recognize
that the demand for leaders has increased.
Examples of modern and common
problems in leadership psychology include
the inability to communicate, lack of a
sense of responsibility and accountability,
inability
to
reach
agreements
and
compromises,
inability
to
achieve
satisfactory results in planned work, and
the standard of incentives and punishments.
The ability to effectively and correctly
use democratic and liberal principles is also
a common problem in leadership. In most
cases, a leader acts on the basis of liberal
principles, that is, he informs his
subordinates of all his plans and goals,
consults with them, trusts them all equally
and does not doubt any of them. This
Universal International Scientific Journal

increases the respect of group members for
the leader.
But there are situations where a leader
is required to make decisions for his group
and not rely on anyone.
A leader who operates on democratic
principles, on the contrary, relies only on
himself, does not trust anyone and does not
consult. Decisions are made by the leader
and everyone is required to obey them. This
can lead to a loss of self-confidence among
group members. However, sometimes it is
beneficial to listen to others and exchange
ideas with them.
It follows that a leader must be able to
use both democratic and liberal principles
wisely at the right time.
A leader must be able to overcome all
shortcomings in order to achieve the goal
he has set for himself, and at the same time,
be able to build immunity against
problems. Not avoiding problems and
being able to resolve them in a short time
by agreement are also strong points of an
effective leader.
One of the main tools of a leader is his
ability to establish communication. A
leader must be a person with the power to
ensure
communication
between
his
followers and between himself and them.
Through communication, a leader should
be able to inspire his group members and
turn their “I” into “we.” Through this, he
will be able to make his followers care
about the group and unite them. The more
harmonious, agreeable, and like-minded
the group is, the faster and easier it can
achieve its goals. And the role of
communication in achieving goals is
invaluable.
When we think about communication,
we should not forget about politeness.
When a leader solves any problem with
politeness and gentleness, the love and
respect of those around him increases.
In order for a leader to achieve the
desired and expected results, he must first
have a high sense of responsibility and
accountability. A leader must not only be a
responsible person for each of his
colleagues, but also be able to fulfill the
tasks assigned to him responsibly. He must
have sufficient knowledge about his
teammates and be very aware of each of
their strengths, weaknesses, and talents. He
Universal International Scientific Journal
52
must be able to support, assist, and
encourage them in any situation. When a
leader feels responsible for each task, every
task is completed efficiently and on time.
A leader must also be able to ensure
that the group members work together in a
coordinated manner. He or she is required
to be interested in the opinions of each
member of the group and to be able to bring
them together towards a common goal.
After all, when everyone is working
towards the same goal and working
together, the difficulties they face on their
way to achieving their goal are easily
overcome.
The person leading the group must
complete each task on time and in an
orderly manner. One should strive to
achieve the set goals one by one with
patience. A person who tries to achieve
everything will ultimately achieve nothing.
With this in mind, I would advise you to
work based on a plan.
As the leader and his followers reach
their goals, the leader must not forget to
encourage them. Through encouragement,
he can inspire his followers and motivate
them to strive forward. When it comes to
incentives, leaders certainly don't shy away
from punishment. But as with everything, it
is useful for a leader to know the norm.
Excessive use of punishment can lead to a
decrease in the level of development. If a
leader does not achieve the expected results
and in such a situation prefers to punish
rather than find the reason and solve it, he
will accustom the group members to this.
As a result, the concepts of moving forward
and growth will disappear in the group.
Adaptability is one of the most
important requirements for a leader today,
and at the same time, it is one of the modern
challenges of leadership. A leader must be
able to adapt quickly and easily to any
situation and circumstance. He must know
how to behave in any environment and act
in a way that is appropriate to the place and
the conditions of that place. Adaptability,
above all, also requires communication
skills.
The importance of each aspect of a
leader is that they are all inextricably
linked; one cannot negate the other, but
rather serves to complement each other. For
example, only if he believes in himself can
he trust his teammates. This inherent trust

creates an optimistic spirit in them. Any
person in a positive mood can make the
right and well-thought-out decisions. The
ability
to
feel
responsibility
and
accountability leads a leader to great
heights.
CONCLUSION
A modern leader must also have high
intellectual potential, meaning he or she
must have worldly knowledge, be familiar
with computer technology, have proven
themselves in every field, and have
developed sufficient skills. I am confident
that a person who is comprehensively
developed, has achieved spiritual and
physical perfection, and has leadership
qualities can find his place in society.
Leaders are among the greatest people
who care about the future of society. When
they live their lives thinking, "If not me,
then who?", we are sure that a bright future
awaits us.
