Studying the State of External Respiration in Adolescents Under the Conditions of The Republic of Uzbekistan

Ilyasova G.K., Rzaev Raxat Muratbaevich

It has been established that the voluntary increase in lung ventilation during rest is carried out by students within a fairly wide range, both due to the acceleration of breathing and due to the increase in respiratory volume. Assessment of adolescent body reactions to muscle loads in sports activities revealed the presence of conditions of relative hypoxia and hypercapnia. This likely served as the basis for the formation of mechanisms for stable adaptation to changes in the body's internal environment while significantly increasing the effectiveness of pulmonary ventilation.

Enhancing Urea Metabolism and Stress Tolerance in Tomato Through Foliar Nickel Application

Simon Johnson, Rio Martinez

Nickel (Ni) is recognized as an essential micronutrient pivotal for urea metabolism and stress mitigation in plants. This study synthesizes research findings to examine the role of foliar Ni application in improving urea conversion efficiency and enhancing abiotic stress resilience in tomato (Solanum lycopersicum). Highlighting biochemical, physiological, and agronomic perspectives, the article elaborates how Ni influences urease activation, antioxidant defense systems, and stress alleviation mechanisms. Results from previous studies demonstrate the critical contribution of Ni in managing nutrient assimilation, fruit quality, and disease resistance, suggesting a promising agricultural strategy to ensure tomato productivity under environmental challenges.

Phosphate-Mobilizing Rhizobacteria As Biocontrol Agents Against Wheat Diseases Caused by Bipolaris Sorokiniana

Zakiryaeva S.I.

Bipolaris sorokiniana are a destructive hemibiotrophic pathogen causing root and crown rot, leaf spot and black mold of cereal crops, which significantly reduces grain yield and quality worldwide. This study investigated the antagonistic activity of  20 strains of phosphate-mobilizing wheat rhizobacteria from the genera Rahnella, Enterobacter, Bacillus, Paenibasillus and Pseudomonas against wheat diseases caused by B. sorokiniana. It was found that out of 20 strains of rhizobacteria 5 strains (Enterobacter clocae 7, Bacillus cereus 23, Pseudomonas kilonensis 24, P. kilonensis 26, P. kilonensis 30) 100% inhibited the growth of phytopathogen B. sorokiniana.

Improvement and Monitoring of The Rational Placement of Agricultural Crops Based on GIS Technologies (Using the Example of The Republic of Karakalpakstan)

Zabidullaeva Ranokhan Kenesbaevna, Saparbayev Islam Arslanbayevich

This article explores the application of Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies in improving and monitoring the rational placement of agricultural crops in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. With its arid climate, soil salinity, and limited water resources, Karakalpakstan faces significant challenges in agricultural productivity. GIS technologies offer valuable tools for optimizing land use, enhancing crop selection, and improving resource management. By integrating spatial data on soil properties, climate conditions, and water availability, GIS can assist in identifying the most suitable areas for various crops, thus promoting sustainable farming practices. The article also discusses the use of remote sensing, land suitability analysis, and crop health monitoring to further enhance agricultural planning in the region. The successful implementation of GIS-based projects in Karakalpakstan has demonstrated its potential in increasing agricultural efficiency, reducing environmental impacts, and supporting sustainable agricultural development.

Assessing the Economic Injury Level of Pests in Vegetable Crops (Tomatoes, Cabbage)

Khudaykulov A’zamjon Mirzoqulovich, Norova Malika Nurullayevna, Kholmuradov Nuriddin Khudoyberdiyevich, Gaziyeva Dilnoza Komiljonovna, Bobokulov Akobir

This article presents the results of research conducted to assess the Economic Injury Level (EIL) of key pests affecting vegetable crops, specifically tomatoes and cabbage. During the study, the damage caused by each pest to the yield was determined, and their Economic Threshold (ET) was established. Furthermore, effective control measures were substantiated through monitoring, pest population counting, and analyzing their impact on yield. Based on the obtained results, recommendations were developed to improve the biological and integrated pest management systems for vegetable crops. This work holds significant importance in increasing economic efficiency in agriculture and ensuring the rational use of chemical agents.

Designing Lands For Tree Planting In Karakalpakstan: An Ecological And Practical Perspective

Tairova Ayjamal Woserovna

The Republic of Karakalpakstan faces severe environmental challenges due to its arid climate, saline soils, and the long-term effects of the Aral Sea disaster. As a result, developing sustainable landscaping and afforestation strategies is both an ecological necessity and a socio-economic opportunity. This paper examines the scientific, practical, and policy-oriented aspects of designing land for tree planting in the region. It highlights the importance of selecting drought- and salt-tolerant species such as Haloxylon aphyllum, Tamarix hispida, and Populus euphratica, while emphasizing soil reclamation techniques, water-efficient irrigation systems, and ecological land design principles. The study also discusses the integration of tree planting into urban and rural planning, along with community participation and state-supported afforestation programs. The findings demonstrate that, with proper planning and local engagement, tree planting can restore degraded landscapes, mitigate climate impacts, and contribute to the sustainable development of Karakalpakstan.
