aniq tavsiyalarning yo'qligi sababli dolzarbdir.
Shu sababli, yuz og'rig'ini davolashga multidisipliner yondashuvni ta'minlaydigan keng
qamrovli algoritm yaratish zarurati mavjud. Ish natijalari yuz og'rig'i bilan og'rigan bemorlarga
jarrohlik yordam ko'rsatish samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi, keraksiz invaziv
muolajalardan saqlaydi, jarrohlik aralashuvlardan so'ng bemorlarda ijobiy natijalar sonini
oshiradi va shu bilan ularning ijtimoiy va maishiy moslashuv darajasini, hayot sifatini oshiradi,
ishga qaytishni osonlashtiradi.

The development and implementation of new therapeutic measures in the field of dentistry
as a level of work on "Reform of the medical field and the application of modern technologies
and methods of treatment" is a pressing issue today. Nowadays, prosthetics of secondary
adenomas present in the upper and lower jaws are one of the current problems facing dentists.
One of the modern ways to overcome this problem i.e. dental floss defects is dental
implantology.
The purpose of the research:
Optimization of implant stability determination using OSSTEL ISQ apparatu
Objectives of the research:
1. Introduction of OSSTELL ISQ to the clinic.
2. Compatibility with OSSTELL ISQ apparatus results and X-ray results.

Thirty patients were recruited for the study, of whom 18 were male and 12 were female,
with partial secondary adentia.

Results: In the study, all patients were divided into two groups 1 group control group 2
group OSSTELL ISQ apparatus implant group.
Implant surgery was performed in all patients. The first group used phenotic torque and X-
ray examination, the second group used torque, X-ray and OSSTELL ISQ apparatus. As a result,
orthopedic treatment was continued.
Conclusion:
The first group of data was obtained and compared, the results obtained in the
second group were seen.
60 ↓ low implant stability
Between 60-70 implant stability is normal
70 ↑ implant stability is high

Бугунги кунда кўплаб тиш чиқиш аномалиялари кузатилмоқда. Тулиқ
ретенцияга учраган тишлар бу аномалияларнинг бир қисми хисобланади. Тишлар
олингандан сунг 7-10 кун беморларни юз-жағ соҳасида шиш, оғриқ қийнайди. Шу билан
бирга тишлар олинган соҳа яъни суякларда катта бўшлиқ хосил бўлади. Беморларда жағ
суяги атрофиясини олдини олиш мақсадида тиш олинган соҳага бевосита препарат
стимул-осс ҳамда жараёнида олинадигн суякни биргаликда қўллаш самарадорлигини
ўрганиш қизикиш уйғотади.
Тўлиқ ретенцияга учраган тиш олингандан кейинги суяк атрофиясини олдини
олишда Стимул осс ва аутосуякни бирга қўллаш самарадорлигини ўрганиш. Унинг
таркибидаги коллаген моддаси ва дигестаза(коллагеназа) ферменти коллаген синтезини
тезлаштиради. Препаратнинг сурилувчанлик хусусияти препарат самарадорлигини
оширади. хлоргексидин ва формалдегид антисептик ҳамда гемостатик таъсир кўрсатади.
Гидроксилапатит суяк хосил бўлишини стимуллайди. Бу хусусияти аутосуяк билан бирга
қўлланилганда янада самарадорлигини ўрганиш амалий аҳамият касб этади.
