Abstract:
In the stomatology practice, such illnesses which can be treated the Orthopedic
method. In thestomatology from various kinds of bites with one of often meeting pathology
borrows a cross bite and a deep bite. The treatment of cross bite and a deep bite is provided with
the age of the patient, a degree and localization of defect. Treatment of cross bite and a deep bite
provides several kinds of treatment like as a both orthopedic and orthodontic treatments. In some
cases on a number with surgical intervention is supposed with an orthopedic treatment. At
treatment of cross bite and a deep bite, there are probably has begun treatments of disease by
orthodontic treatment which lead to prosthetics. A technique of our treatment is supposed and a
deep kind of overlapping of a bite at which cutting edges og the bottom cutters injure a mucous
membrane of the sky and of the buccal. In turn cutting edges of the top cutters injure mucous
membrane vestibular parts og the buttom jaw. And also meets paradontoz in the field of
chiseling the bottom jaw. Where, paradontoz is supposed shaking of a teeth down to the fourth
degree. The choice of an artificial limb provides studying clinical position of teeth.
Intraduction.
Despite the achievements of orthopedic stomatology in the field of a deep
and cross bites, still the problem of its treatment remains actual. At a cross and deep bites are
observed morpho-functional and aesthetic infringements in maxillofacial area. A choice of
treatment way depends from the overlapping degree of a deep bite. In most cases of our
supervision the degree of deep overlapping of a bite reaches a mucous membrans of the sky.
Exist bone and dental alveolar forms of anomaly at which medical actions of various volume and
sequence are necsserary. Fromadult patients for short time of treatment of deep overlapping of a
bite to the order joint use therapeutic and surgical intervention it is achieve in positive results. At
a cross and deep bites to us cases of restriction of chewing function of the bottom jaw are known.
The given restrictions do not concern otrognatic a bite. After our orthopedic treatment the degree
of a bite gets the gormortognatic. In some cases in clinical-laboratory analyses of patients give
negative indications to implantation. In such cases, because the application of metal-ceramic
artificial limbs. The scheme of the working plan is put on received model. The following stage of
therapeutic work provides itself removal of teeth nerves. The following stage of work stipulates
surgical intervention, namely, truncation of an alveolar shoot. As a result above mentioned
treatment forms, after disappearing hypostases and a redness the orthopedist starts mould
removal.
Methods and material.
Orthopedic treatment has been applied to performance of tasks in
view to 25patients with a and cross deep bites. From of them there investigated like as 15 women, 10
men, in the age of from 16 till 40 years. At observable patients parameters, chewing efficiency, and
also radiological ortopontomagram are lead to gnatodinamometric. Except for it have been prepared
maxillary model the patient. For an estimation of paradont endurance we use electronic
gnatodinamometr. Results gnatodinamometric fixed of an easy pain in the field ogparadonta an
investigated tooth. In total we had been investigated 317 teeth. For reception ortopontomagramma,
the X-ray device of firm, Siemens, a doze 76-kV, an exposition 21 with, time of development of 5-7

minutes have been used. With a view of revealing a degree of chewing efficiency the traditional
method of treatment has been used. The sizes and the scheme of the future position are put on
prepared model. Observable patients have been divided on two groups. From a pathology of a deep
bite in forward group 17 patients have been surveyed. From a pathology of a deep bite in the mixed
group 8 patients have been surveyed. At 6 patients as a result of a trauma-chewing, at 5 patients as a
resalts of illness paradonta forward and lateral teeth have been removed. Under clinical indications of
patients the complex of orthopedic treatment has been rendered. In some cases on area of a chewing
teeth necessary artificial limbs also have been put.
Result and Discussion.
There have been carried out researches of reserve forces of
paradonts of the healthly teeth, the ground teeth before removal of nerves. At teeth with the
removed nerves a parameter of reserve force paradonts reached up to 84-90%. At estimation of
the X-ray testing, there paid attention to the height of inter-alveolar partitions, the form of their
tops, structure of spongy substances, the conditions of cortical plate, a kind rezorbsy of bone
fabrics. According to X-ray pictures and also dental roots have been taken measurements.
According to that, the size of alveolar, shoot was shortened. According to length of the root, it is
prepared cast sprig heads. At the subsequent stage it is made on cast pin heads made by
metalceramics. With a view of stability of the cement basis additional notches have been put on
pins. The received results have shown increase of chewing force on 24% of 36%.

Смоматологияда касалликлар хилма хил булиб, шулар жумладан тиш қаттиқ
тўкимаси нокариоз касалликлари учрайди[2,3,4].Тиш қаттиқ тўкимаси патологик
емирилиш даражаси ортган сари тиш-жағ тизимида потологик холат чуқирлашиб боради.
Бизга маълумки чайнов аппаратида бир қанча функционал, анатомик ўзгатишлар хосил
булади, шу билан бирга чакка жағ буғимида ўзгаришлар ва чайнов мушаклари
функционал ҳолати сусаяди. Тиш қаттиқ тўкимаси патологик емирилиш даражасига қараб
31 нафар беморда ва 10 нафар соғлом кишиларда чайнов мушаклари биоэлектрик
активлиги электромиография усули ёрдамида текширув олиб борилди. 8 нафар беморда
тўлиқ қуйма олиб қўйилувчи протез қўйилгандан кейингимушаклари биоэлектрик
активлиги аниқланди. II даражали горизонтал патологик емирилиш билан 18 та, III
даражали горизонтал патологик емирилиш билан 13 нафар беморда утқазилди.Чайнов
мушаги соҳасида электрод пластир билан маҳкамланди. Беморлар 4 гуруҳга бўлинди.1 чи
гуруҳга соғлом кишилар (назорат гуруҳи) киритилди. 2 чи гуруҳга патологик
емирилишнинг IIдаражали формаси киритилди. 3 чи гуруҳга патологик емирилишнинг
