Abstract

This article explores effective methods for developing media competences among undergraduate students. In today's digital era, media competences are essential for students to navigate the complex media landscape. The article discusses the importance of media literacy education, active learning strategies, collaborative learning, integration of emerging technologies, and multicultural perspectives. These methods enhance students' critical thinking, media analysis, creativity, technological proficiency, and multicultural awareness. By implementing these approaches, educators can equip undergraduate students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes to engage with media critically, create meaningful content, and become responsible participants in the media ecosystem.
