HOW MEDICINE ASSISTS PEOPLE TO BE HEALTHY

century in comparison with other ages is an evolutionary period in all spheres of
science, including pharmacy and chemical industry boom. In the result of atmosphere pollution and
germs penetration activation, many diseases have been coming to fertility. Lest diminishing and
hindering germs attack human’s div, the role of pills and drugs is significantly tremendous.
Currently, even to warn inflammatory processes of illnesses medications to enhance immune system
are used.
Aim:
To investigate the studies of Dr. Kesselheim on medication use at Harvard- affiliated
Brigham and Women’s Hospital, also to analyze his views on consuming pills according to
prescription written by a doctor.
Methods of research:
going over statistics healthcare in the US and drawing comparison with
Uzbekistan’s healthcare system. The research is based on Dr. Kesselheim’s survey in the frame of
Harvard University program. Reflection of healthcare rate through the Healthcare Committee.
Results:
The majority population’s idle speculation about authentic medication consumption
contribute to take any pills due to primitive symptoms burst. Permanent swallowing antibiotic or other
species of remedy such as pain killers impact on immune system as disruption and disability of
automatic reaction against antigens. Utilization of pills by human’s desire considered as nonadherence
-serious public health problem. According to the National Consumers League, nearly three out of four
Americans report that they do not always take their medication as prescribed (directed), a problem
linked to more than a third of medicine- related hospitalizations and nearly 125,000 deaths annually.
Moreover, as a result of false usage of pill, St John’s wort has caused breakthrough bleeding and
unwanted pregnancy in women taking the oral contraceptive pill.
Discussion:
Currently US Healthcare system is taking roots pervasively. It attained the biggest
accomplishments in the sphere of medicine due to a uniform health system. One of the distinctive
characteristics are establishing private medicine. However, the US approach to healthcare is poorer
health in comparison to other advanced industrialized nations. Uzbekistan has embarked on several
major health reforms covering health care provision, governance and financing, with the aim of
improving efficiency while ensuring equitable access. Primary care in rural areas has been changed
to a two-tiered system, while specialized polyclinics in urban areas are being transformed into general
polyclinics covering all groups of the urban population.
Conclusion:
Medical care is inevitable in the pattern of maintaining normal physiological
processes in organism and, certainly, to oppose and defend div from any bact eria and external
factors interference into human’s immune system. In collaborat ion with providing medical care,
WHO try to prevent negligence of people to pill consumption according to doctor’s prescription.
