VACCINATION.WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GET VACCINATED?

Relevance:
The World Health Organization has identified vaccination denial as one of the top
10 global health threats. Immunisation refusal in Uzbekistan is 1%," said Dilorom Tursunova, deputy
head of the Health Ministry's Main Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision Directorate.
Vaccinatios are a simple solution to provide the div immunity for individuals without the individuals
ever having to contract the disease and suffer the symptoms. The healthy human div naturally
recognizes foreign substance, like pathogen to protect against future encounters. The div uses
antibodies as one of its main defense mechanism.
Aim:
to study the reasons for the refusal of vaccinations and to prove that vaccinations are
necessary.
Research materials and methods
: We conducted a survey among the population and learned
that some parents are afraid of vaccinations because of myths surrounding vaccination or advice from
relatives, religious aspects and other questionable circumstances. Some of the most common myths
are that vaccines cause autism, lead to infertility and allegedly contain carcinogenic substances. There
is no scientific document that proves these insinuations. Vaccination can eliminate the disease or
reduce its incidence, its complications, including mortality. A vaccine is an immunobiological
preparation that is manufactured and produced in a factory certified by the World Health Organization.
Vaccination has provided the population with a preventive method to effectively eradicate some
diseases. Due to high vaccination rates, smallpox was declared eradicated in 1980. Advancements in
medicine and the availability of vaccinations today provides the opportunity to eradicate many more
diseases.
Results:
Survey participants were shown to be more comfortable receiving vaccines at a
physician’s office and education regarding vaccines either at a physician’s office or via a brochure or
either printed media, regardless of their vaccination status. It is important to understand the setting
and education the patients prefer so health care professionals are able to effectively communicate
information and improve immunization rates. If a patient doesn’t feel comfortable in a certain
location, it is not likely that they will receive a vaccine, even if they are properly educated. In an effort
to identify certain barriers, survey participants were asked to report the location in which they were
most comfortable receiving a vaccine. Respondents were more likely to feel comfortable receiving a
vaccine in a physician’s office, followed by a pharmacy or hospital setting. The survey results
regarding vaccine administration location. Even with the overwhelming response that respondents are
most comfortable receiving vaccines and vaccine education. Due to measles epidemic, a baby should
not go to kindergarten or school. He will most likely not be admitted without a vaccination certificate.

Conclusion:
Infections remain the cause of morbidity and mortality up to now. Measles,
diphtheria, polio, tetanus, rubella reminds us of ourselves when the level of collective immune system
decreases. Children and adults who have not been vaccinated or have lost their immunity over time
become ill first of all. According to statistics, over the past century, human life expectancy has
increased by an average of 30 years, 25 of which - the merit of vaccination. Its purpose is to form a
specific immunity by artificially creating an infectious process, most of which is asymptomatic or
mild.
