IMPROVEMENT OF TRADITIONAL METHODS FOR THE TREATMENT OF ENDOMETRIAL CANCER USING NEOADJUVANT CHEMOTHERAPY AND METHODS FOR EFFECTIVENESS ASSESSMENT
Malignant neoplasms of the organs of the reproductive system have the largest share in the structure of oncological morbidity in women - 37.3%, and genital tumors account for 17.3% of all malignant neoplasms. According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), about 500,000 new cases of malignant neoplasms of the cervix, almost 320,000 cases of endometrial cancer and 240,000 cases of ovarian cancer are registered annually in the world. In our research r=the studied patients were divided into two groups. The main group consisted of 52 patients with IB2, IIB and IIIB stages of CEM who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radical surgery and/or chemoradiotherapy. Determination of the risk of adverse prognostic factors with careful dynamic monitoring of the tumor process is one of the main conditions for the use of multicomponent treatment of patients with REM. The technological basis of monitoring is the integration of MRI and ultrasound into diagnostic standards.

EXPLORING GLIPIZIDE IMPLANTS: A NOVEL APPROACH TO COMBAT HYPERGLYCEMIA IN ALLOXAN-INDUCED DIABETIC RABBITS
This study investigates the potential anti-hyperglycemic effect of Glipizide implants in Alloxan-induced diabetic rabbits. Glipizide, a widely used oral hypoglycemic agent, has been formulated into sustained-release implants to provide continuous therapeutic levels. The study utilized a rabbit model of diabetes induced by Alloxan administration and examined the glucose-lowering effects of Glipizide implants over a specified period. The results revealed a significant reduction in blood glucose levels following the implantation of Glipizide, demonstrating its potential as a novel therapeutic approach for managing hyperglycemia in diabetic rabbits. This research sheds light on the effectiveness of implantable Glipizide for diabetes management and opens avenues for further investigation into implant-based treatments for diabetes
STRATEGIES FOR MANAGEMENT AND PREVENTION OF DRUG-INDUCED END-STAGE RENAL DISEASE
Drug-induced end-stage renal disease (ESRD) is a significant and potentially preventable cause of renal failure. This review explores various strategies for the management and prevention of drug-induced ESRD. Drugs, both prescription and over-the-counter, can lead to nephrotoxicity, acute kidney injury, and chronic kidney disease, ultimately progressing to ESRD. Understanding the mechanisms of drug-induced kidney injury is crucial in identifying high-risk medications and patient populations. The review highlights the importance of drug monitoring, dose adjustments, and renal function assessment to minimize the risk of drug-induced ESRD. Additionally, it discusses the role of healthcare providers in promoting medication safety and educating patients about potential renal risks. Furthermore, preventive measures, such as drug selection algorithms and pharmacogenetic testing, are explored to tailor drug therapies based on individual patient profiles. This review aims to raise awareness among healthcare professionals and patients about the importance of vigilant medication management and personalized approaches to mitigate drug-induced ESRD.
