Cаncer is а diseаse, which explicitly illustrаtes success, fаilures аnd chаllenges of the modern biomedi - cаl reseаrch. Technology development hаs been the driving force of improvements in the cаncer treаtment. Introduction into clinicаl prаctice of genomics, RNА profiling аnd proteomics technologies hаve provided а bаsis for development of novel diаgnostic, drugs аnd treаtments. In this chаpter, contributions of OMICs technologies to personаlizаtion of cаncer diаgnostic аnd treаtment аre discussed. The focus is on technologies thаt showed cаpаcity to deliver diаgnostic thаt mаy be used in the clinic аs routine tests. Three clinicаl cаses аre presented to illustrаte аlreаdy аvаilаble individuаlized cаncer diаgnostic.

EARLY EFFECTS OF TATTOOING ON MOUSE SKIN MORPHOLOGY AND MAIN DIFFERENTIAL FEATURES WITH NORMAL SKIN

Teshayev Sh.J., Ozodov J.H.

The authors performed a histomorphological analysis of 40 mice dividing into two groups:1-non-tattoed (20 mice) and 2- tattooed in the base of their tale skin (20 mice) in the period from 2022-2023. During the research early effects (from tattooing to day 14) of tattoing in the tail mouse skin was observed. The results of the study showed that almost all (99%) observed tattoed skin had a black pigmentation. (%) acute inflammation in epidermis, (%) epidermal necrosis and (%) dermal hemorrhage during 1-7 days.A week later regenerative epidermal hyperplasia (%),chronic active dermal inflammation (%) and dermal necrosis (%) were recorded.

SOME MORPHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF OPTIMIZATION OF COLON RESECTION IN CHILDREN

Teshaev Sh. Zh., Raupov F.S.

In pediatric coloproctology the percentage of postoperative complications do not tend to decrease. For a deeper study of the possible causes of complications, there is a need for a morphological and histological study of the colon wall of white laboratory rats as an alternative.

USE OF PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY IN CHEMICAL BURNS OF DIFFERENT ETIOLOGIES OF THE SURFACE OF THE EYE

Oralov Behruz Abdukarimovich

60 patients (90 eyes) with a burn of the eyes of I and II degree of severity of various etiologies were examined. In the control group of patients, traditional treatment was carried out, for patients of the main group, in addition to the above treatment, photodynamic therapy was carried out. The level of protein, malondialdehyde, and catalase activity were determined in the lacrimal fluid. The use of photodynamic therapy in the complex treatment of patients with eye burns activates catalase and reduces the high level of malondialdehyde, especially with II degree burns, reduces the degree of endogenous intoxication and helps to accelerate the reparative processes of post-burn damage.

CLINICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL FEATURES OF COVID-19 IN CHILDREN

N.M. Azimova, M.K. Temirova, D.A. Khasanov

This article presents information about the clinical and neurological features of COVID-19 in children. A new coronavirus infection, COVID-19, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, along with damage to the respiratory system, can lead to involvement of the central and peripheral nervous system and the muscular system. There is a relationship between the severity of COVID-19 and the severity and frequency of neurological disorders. The course of COVID-19 in children depends on age, premorbid background, the development of neurological complications that negatively affect the clinic of the disease.

STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL FEATURES OF THE MYOCARDIUM AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF RENAL REPLACEMENT THERAPY

Salyamova Feruza Erkinovna, Xusanxodjaeva Feruza Tulkunovna, Muhiddinova Nasiba Zoxiriddinovna, Mavlyanov Sarvar Iskandarovich, Islamova Malika Sanjarovna

Cardiovascular diseases are one of the most significant predictors of mortality in patients with end-stage renal disease treated with chronic hemodialysis, and cause at least a third of all hospitalizations [Eisner D. et al., 2001; Johnston N. et al., 2008]. According to the US Renal Disease Registry, the five-year survival rate in the general population of patients on hemodialysis is 33.4% [U. S. Renal Data System, 2009]. More than half of the deaths of patients on renal replacement therapy are due to cardiovascular pathology, the mortality from which in patients on

hemodialysis is 30-35 times higher compared to the general population [Zavy A.S. et al., 1998; Herzog S.A., 2003; U.S. Renal Data System, 2009]. A significant proportion of deaths in patients  with end-stage renal disease receiving hemodialysis treatment are attributed to those associated with coronary heart disease [Foley R.N. et al., 1998a; Sarnak M.J. et al., 2003; Cheung A.K. et al., 2004]. The theoretical method of research was used. Many articles and dissertations by international scientists were analyzed, which were based on various books, dissertations, as well as electronic journals.
