The results of recent studies indicate that the informational significance of the criteria for systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIR) is low. SVR-criteria (blood leukocytes, body temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate) to a certain extent reflect the development of inflammation, draw attention to the response of the macroorganism, but do not indicate its nature, life-threatening situation [Vincent J.L., 2012; Rudnov V. A., 2015]. According to the new definition, sepsis is a life-threatening acute organ dysfunction that occurs as a result of dysregulation of the macroorganism's response to infection, which is manifested by damage to its own tissues and organs.
It has now been established that the very process of interaction between an infect (microorganism) and a macroorganism is more complex than previously thought, and is characterized by the versatility of the latter's response to microbial invasion, the manifestations of which determine sex, age, race, genetic factors, and the nature of comorbidities [Kwan A. ,2013; Rudnov V. В данной работе проведен анализ клеточного состава различных групп крови: О (I), А (II), В (III) и АВ (IV). Для определения клеточного состава крови и её характеристических показателей использовался гематологический анализатор RAYTO RT-7600 (КНР). Было выявлено, что гематокрит имеет наибольшее значение в группе АВ (IV), при этом именно в этой группе наблюдалось наименьшее содержание тромбоцитов. Наибольшее содержание лейкоцитов было отмечено в группе А (II). Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о наличии различий в содержании клеточных элементов крови у разных групп по системе АВО.
