Материал и методы: Эксперименты проводились на белых беспородных крысах в возрасте 1, 3, 7 и 14 дни после рождения, которые находились на естественном вскармливании.
Результаты:вслизистойоболочкеполовозрелых млекопитающих имеется мощный эндокринный аппарат, который своими медиаторами, характером взаимодействия с иммунными, нервными образованиями, эпителиоцитами, рыхлой соединительной тканью осуществляет коротко дистантную и длинодистантную регуляцию тесно взаимосвязанных процессов пищеварения и всасывания, адаптации и гомеостаза, обратную связь между функциональными системами желудочно-кишечного тракта и ЦНС.
Выводы: нормально функционирующий эндокринный аппарат слизистой оболочки кишечника также способствует активному пищеварению в ротовой полости.
