Employing incidental learning of vocabulary through videos
Teaching is aimed to allow the language learners to practice developing skills. In our case it is vocabulary development. In incidental learning, the situations are chosen by language learners. This means that the language learners initiate the interaction by requesting the participation of a teacher. Most often, incidental learning is used in the study of foreign languages, and is considered here in this context. The learner’s request can be verbal or non-verbal: for example, he can reach for an object that is out of reach, damage his clothes, cry, call an a teacher by name, ask for a toy, food or information. This study demonstrated the effectiveness of the incidental learning approach.

A person needs to be able to improve social and emotional skills in order to succeed in life or at school, since the ability to recognize the emotional state of the people around us and express our emotions in certain life situations is considered one of the most important aspects of communication in the modern world. Emotional intelligence is a skill that has become increasingly popular in recent years. The benefits and effects of developing this type of skill from an early age are enormous. It should be noted that, firstly, it has a great influence on the correct transfer of knowledge, and secondly, by intensifying emotions, information can be quickly and efficiently conveyed. This type of skill is known in society as EQ, that is, the ability to manage, understand and use one’s own emotions, as well as understands the feelings of others, is considered a key characteristic of emotional intelligence.

Media technologies in the english lesson as a technical tool and media education

Development and implementation of intercultural bilingual education
What is bilingual education? Bilingual education is becoming the trend of last decades, but not every parent knows what this word actually means. The essence of bilingual education is the bilingual presentation of school subjects. It is not limited to grammar, vocabulary or just listening cartoons in English. A foreign language becomes a mechanism of cognition, not its purpose. So the subjects like mathematics, biology, physics, art history and foreign literature are taught exclusively in English. Russian language or Mother Tongue is educated in Russian or Mother Tongue class only. However, a number of schools and kindergartens consider themselves to be «bilingual», just teaching kids to English only twice a week. This article provides information about real bilingual education , about its opportunities and obstacles and about development and implementation of intercultural bilingual education.

В современном мире существует много народов, национальностей. Каждая из них имеет свою культурнею ценность, историю и язык. Благодаря языку человечество воспринимает и изучает культуру, историю и все те явления, которые нужны для совершенного, цивилизованного общества. Термин «картина мира» это «совокупность внутренних образов внешних предметов, из которых логическим путем можно получать сведения относительно поведения этих предметов. Внутренние образы, или символы, внешних предметов, создаваемые исследователями, должны быть такими, чтобы логически необходимые следствия этих представлений в свою очередь были образами естественно необходимых следствий отображенных предметов» [1, 32].

В статье обсуждаются проблемы, связанные с преподаванием русского языка как иностранного иностранным студентам посредством дистанционного обучения (ДО) в условиях глобальной эпидемии коронавируса и применяемых при этом карантинных мер. В ряде стран мира дистанционное обучение заменило все другие формы образования. Были трудности, с которыми сталкиваются преподаватели и студенты при доступе к онлайн-материалам, а также о том, как выбирать и использовать различные интернет-платформы для ДО [1: 17].

Сопоставление концепта «красота» на русском, английском и каракалпакском языках
В данной статье рассмотрены исследования концепта «красота» на примере русского, английского и каракалпакского языков и также рассмотрены концептуальный компонент данного понятия в трех языках и сравниваем особенности восприятия концепта ‘красота’ представителями различных лингвокультурных общностей.
О переходе слов из различных частей речи в существительные в русском и узбекском языках
Цель исследования – определить особенности перехода частей речи в имя существительное. В статье рассматривается один из типов транспозиции: субстантивация в русском и узбекском языках. Анализирован переход знаменательных и служебных частей речи в разряд существительных. Обосновывается мысль о том, что в исследуемых языках субстантивируются чаще всего прилагательные и причастия, немного реже – местоимения и числительные. При субстантивации меняются семантические, морфологические и синтаксические свойства слов и их функциональные особенности.

В данной статье рассматриваются особенности интернета и интернет коммуникации, даются причины ценности интернета для студенчества. В настоящее время молодые люди предпочитают проводить свободное время наедине с компьютером и Интернетом. Для изучения роли общения в жизни современной молодежи было проведено социальный опрос среди студентов Каракалпакского государственного. Были выявлены наиболее популярные социальные сети общения среди студентов: Instagram, Facebook, Tik-tok, What’sApp, Viber, Telegram и другие. Среди причин обращения подростков к той или иной форме общения были выделены: общение, учеба, работа, любопытство, поиск и хранение информации и другие.

Репрезентация гендерных стереотипов в учебных материалах по английскому языку для учащихся начальных классов Узбекистана
The current study examines the representation of gender stereotype in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) textbooks, namely Guess What, for elementary school pupils produced in Uzbekistan. The research aims to ascertain how gender is represented and what kinds of stereotypes expressions are used in the Guess What series by focusing on four areas; Adult Social Role Beliefs, Domestic Role Beliefs, Educational Role Beliefs, and Professional Role Beliefs concerning school type variables. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method. Language is not perceived only orally or in written forms, but through visual language too, such as pictures on posters, images in books, magazines. They are ubiquitous in modern life and are of great importance to get the message, as they convey and represent particular meaning (Fairclough, 2013). English language teaching materials, which are one of the main sources of target language and culture input, have a great impact in the formation of pragmatic competence and the development of relational identity.

It is proven that teaching STEM knowledge to pre-school children gives them great potential for further development in primary and secondary school. When revealing the subject of STEM knowledge for preschoolers and the gender aspects of its successful teaching, it is concluded that, along with the preparation of such educational programs, it is necessary to develop the special knowledge of boys and girls.

Teaching is a career in the modern era where teachers operate in social settings in addition to academic ones. We have included lessons on gender issues in our curriculum. Therefore, a teacher needs to have solid understanding of gender issues. A teacher is a force for change; they uphold gender equality in the classroom and, by influencing the next generation of thinkers, eradicate stereotypes from society. Based on instructional materials, a teacher develops techniques to build a gender-friendly attitude. Gender constructivist educators embrace innovative approaches, scrutinize classroom procedures, and cultivate a shift in perspective to establish a school environment that affords equal treatment to males and girls. Education institutions must provide a program where teachers receive training on gender issues and are made aware of the concerns in order to empower students to challenge societal gender stereotypes and biases. This will help students develop good attitudes toward gender issues. Encouraging gender equality in our society is a well-organized program on gender issues. Thus, the knowledgeable instructor needs to promote and draw attention to a culture that is gender-friendly.

В результате дается характеристика служебно-экспрессивных слов каракалпакского языка, они сопоставляются с материалом близкородственных тюркских языков.

Основные способы перевода английских пассивных конструкций на каракалпакский язык
В статье обобщаются наблюдения автора относительно употребления залоговых форм английского и караклпакского глаголов; дается краткий обзор мнений, касающихся категории залога в английском языке. Залог является точкой пересечения различных уровней языка: морфологии, синтаксиса и лексики. Кроме того,сложность категории залога определяется его тесной связью с категориями вида и переходности, а также разной степенью грамматикализации смежных способов выражения аналогичных значений. Английская пассивная форма в некоторых отношениях отличается от каракалпакского страдательного залога, употребляющегося значительно реже и уступающего место иным выразительным средствам языка. Это обстоятельство создает некоторую трудность для переводчика и требует тщательного сопоставительного анализа залогов английского языка и аналогичных ему оборотов русского языка. В настоящей статье мы сделали попытку выявить основные способы передачи английских пассивных конструкций при переводе англоязычных художественных произведений на каркалпакский язык.

В статье раскрывается проблематика гендерного дисбаланса среди школьников и студентов ВУЗов, поступающих на STEM направления. Анализируется гендерная статистика поступивших студентов в сфере образования на уровне Нукусской Президентской школы и Каракалпакского Государственного университета им. Бердаха в Каракалпакстане. Статистические данные демонстрируют гендерный разрыв на всех ступенях образования- как на уровне среднего, так и в сфере высшего образования. Результаты исследования доказывают, что количество девушек, выбирающих STEM направления существенно отстают от показателей представителей мужского пола.

They learn how to act toward others in particular situations, who to trust, and what friendship entails—basic principles of our way of life.
