METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING THE INTELLECTUAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CHILDREN DURING THE ACTIVITIES OF DEVELOPMENTAL CENTERS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
The article discusses the methodology for determining the intellectual characteristics of children through developmental centers operating in preschool educational institutions. The research used observation, psychodiagnostic tests, pedagogical experiments and questionnaires. The results showed the effective impact of developmental centers on the development of children's thinking, observation and creative thinking. This methodology allows for early identification of children's intellectual development and their individual guidance.

This article reveals the role of pedagogical conditions in the process of identifying, assessing and purposefully developing intellectual abilities of students. The study analyzes methods for identifying intellectual potential, ways of organizing the educational process taking into account the individual characteristics of students. Also, through practical experiments, pedagogical methods that have a positive effect on intellectual development were identified. The results of the article suggest effective approaches to the formation of intellectual abilities in preschool and general secondary educational institutions.

FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OF TENSE AND MOOD VERB FORMS IN KOREAN
This article investigates the functional roles of tense and mood verb forms in Korean, moving beyond purely structural descriptions to explore how these grammatical features contribute to meaning-making in discourse. LOANWORDS AND THEIR ADAPTATION IN RUSSIAN, UZBEK, ENGLISH, AND TURKISH
This study examines the phenomenon of lexical borrowing and its subsequent adaptation in four typologically diverse languages: Russian (Slavic, fusional), Uzbek (Turkic, agglutinative), English (Germanic, analytic), and Turkish (Turkic, agglutinative). The research investigates the factors influencing the borrowing process, including historical contact, cultural exchange, political dominance, and technological advancements. It analyzes the phonological, morphological, and semantic changes that loanwords undergo as they are integrated into each language's system. The study contrasts the strategies employed by each language to adapt foreign vocabulary, considering the role of sound substitutions, vowel harmony (in Uzbek and Turkish), morphological adjustments, and semantic shifts. It also explores the social and cultural attitudes towards loanwords in each language community, examining the impact of language purism and standardization efforts. Data is gathered from dictionaries, corpora, and linguistic analyses. The findings shed light on the dynamic interplay between language contact, linguistic adaptation, and sociocultural factors, providing a comparative perspective on the evolution of vocabulary in these four languages.

FOSTERING SUSTAINABLE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN EMERGING ECONOMIES: STRATEGIC INNOVATIONS AND ECOSYSTEM ROADMAPS FROM UZBEKISTAN
This study investigates the role of sustainable entrepreneurship in advancing economic resilience, social equity, and environmental protection in developing countries, with a focus on Uzbekistan. Using a systematic literature review of over 60 peer-reviewed sources from 2012 to 2024, the research synthesizes key innovations, strategies, and stakeholder roles that foster sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems. The analysis integrates the Triple Bottom Line framework, Resource-Based View, and Institutional Theory to explore enablers such as policy support, cross-sector collaboration, green financing, and sustainability-focused education. Findings highlight significant gaps in policy coherence, financial access, and ecosystem maturity in Uzbekistan. The study proposes a strategic roadmap for promoting green entrepreneurship in emerging markets through integrative policies, targeted capacity building, and stronger institutional alignment. These insights contribute to ongoing efforts toward inclusive, resilient, and environmentally responsible development.
