Safety of unmanned cabs - technology and law

Right to be forgotten in indonesia:   legal aspects and problems

This study addresses the issue of the Indonesian right to be forgotten. The right to be forgotten allows you to remove from search engines information that is distributed in violation of the law, or inaccurate information. Indonesia was the first country in Asia to introduce the “right to be forgotten” into its legislation, but little attention was paid to this issue in domestic jurisprudence, which does not detract from the relevance of the topic in the era of technological development. As a result of the study, the following was found. The Indonesian right to be forgotten, in addition to the Indonesian Constitution, has two direct sources of regulation: the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions of 2008 and Government Decree No. 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions. The first Law states that each operator of an electronic system is obliged to delete irrelevant electronic information, based on a court decision. However, in these legal acts there is neither the very concept of “the right to be forgotten” nor its definition, and there is no clarification of what is meant by irrelevant information. Instead, Government Decree No. 71 contains terms such as “right to erasure” and “right to delist”, thus the Indonesian right to be forgotten is divided into two types at the time of the study.

Researches and development of methods of improvement of spectral characteristics of fiber-optical systems of transfer of the information with use AOTF

Subjects of research: Fiber-optical systems of transfer of the information, optical units and elements of fiber-optical communication lines (FOCL).
Purpose of work: Research and development of methods of regeneration of optical signals for restoration of their spectral characteristics and strengthenings of intensity by means of AOTF.
Methods of research: Methods of improvement of spectral characteristics FOST, linearization their through passage characteristics with use of filters AORF, testing of separate devices and units FOCL, experimental definition of sizes of distortions of spectral characteristics, statistical processing of experimental results.
The results obtained and their novelty: Basic bases of use akusto optical effects for research of spectral characteristics of fiber-optical systems of transfer of the information are established. The technique of optimization of spectral characteristics FOST on the basis of use acoustic optical filters is created. The functional structure of the measuring stand and a complex is developed for researches of parameters FOCL and imitation of the phenomena occuring in real high-speed fiber-optical systems of transfer of the information. The model of the optical radiation approached on the spectral structure to radiation in FOST is created.
Practical value: On application of the received results practical recommendations are developed for indemnification of distortions of a contour of through passage spectral characteristics FOST. Developed the stand and a measuring complex are recommended for researches of spectral characteristics of elements and units FOCL and selection of optimum operating modes.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: Results of work are given for introduction in enterprises of the UzACI, in the telecommunication companies and in educational process of the TUIT.
Field of application: In FOST for improvement of spectral characteristics and for testing elements and units FOCL.

Reflection of various aspects of digitalization of labor relations in the new labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of digitalization processes on the system of labor relations in Uzbekistan and reflect the transformational changes caused by them in the Labor Code of the Republic. It is noted that the adoption of the strategy “Digital Uzbekistan-2030”, which has conceptual significance for the long-term development of the state, as well as the growth of remote employment in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, necessitated the formation of a system of legislative regulation of such a form of organization of labor relations. A wide range of provisions regulating various aspects of distance employment, which were introduced into the new Labor Code of Uzbekistan, which entered into force in April 2023, has been considered in sufficient detail. The most relevant areas of improvement of national labor legislation to take into account the changing dynamics of the labor market in the digital age are also presented.

Recognition of artificial intelligence   as a subject of offense: problems and perspectives

The use of artificial intelligence in everyday life is an integral attribute of modem society. Artificial intelligence products are getting better and better. However, there are disputes in the doctrine as to who is responsible if harm is caused by the activities of artificial intelligence. In this scientific article, the concepts of “subject of the offense” and “artificial intelligence” were analyzed. Also, the presence of the basic laws of robotics allows you to establish the rules that artificial intelligence must take into account in its work. It was revealed that artificial intelligence does not fall under the signs of the subject of the offense. However, within the framework of civil liability, we can talk about a partial recognition of the guilt of the robotic system, but with some reservations. Also, the analysis of the concept of “electronic person” revealed the impossibility of introducing a new subject of the offense due to its specificity. Taking into account the analyzed material, we came to the conclusion that the recognition of artificial intelligence as a subject of an offense is impossible at the present stage. Responsibility should be borne by the person by whose mistake the robot caused harm to public relations.

Questions about the application of interpolation methods to images from multispectral channels using pansharpening techniques

This paper investigates the impact of interpolation methods applied to multispectral images in pansharpening techniques aimed at enhancing spatial resolution. Specifically, interpolation methods such as nearest neighbor, bilinear, bicubic, and Lanczos were employed within the IHS, Brovey, PCA, Gram-Schmidt, and BDSD pansharpening approaches. These methods were compared in terms of their ability to preserve spatial details and reduce spectral distortions. Experimental evaluations were conducted using image quality assessment metrics including ERGAS, SAM, SS1M, and QAVE. The results indicate that bicubic and Lanczos interpolation methods provided the best performance in improving image quality.
