The tourism industry significantly contributes to the economies of many countries by generating substantial GDP and creating job opportunities. However, with the increase in tourism activities, the risks associated with the safety and quality of services provided also rise. This article conducts a legal analysis of the civil liability of travel companies for obligations arising from causing harm. Civil liability in this context refers to the obligation of travel companies to compensate for damages caused to the life, health, or property of tourists due to the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of contractual obligations.

В тезисе рассматриваются актуальные проблемы и особенности использования результатов оперативно-розыскной деятельности (ОРД) в процессе расследования преступлений, связанных с легализацией (отмыванием) доходов, полученных преступным путем. Анализируются правовые основы и механизмы взаимодействия оперативных подразделений и следственных органов, а также специфика применения различных оперативно-розыскных мероприятий (ОРМ) при расследовании данной категории преступлений. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам допустимости и достоверности результатов ОРД как доказательств в уголовном процессе.

This article provides information on the results obtained in the study of acceptable cucumber hybrids planting periods in an unheated greenhouse. The optimal planting period for 30-day seedlings of cucumber hybrids in a greenhouse with an unheated plinth was March 10. This article provides a retrospective analysis of the stages of crime commission based on an examination of sources related to criminal norms that were in effect in our country. The author has studied the historical aspects of the stages of committing crimes and has categorized them as follows: 1) the ancient period, from the emergence of early civilizations until the arrival of Islam in the territory of Uzbekistan; 2) the period when Sharia norms were in effect in our country, covering the time from the 8th century to the 1850s.; 3) The era of Tsarist Russia, spanning from the 1850s to the 1920s.; 4) The period of the former Soviet Union, which includes the years from 1922 to 1991.; 5) The most recent historical period, including the early years of independence, starting with the adoption of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 22, 1994, and continuing to the present day.
