Abstract.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has created new avenues for effective

and individualized learning. Through the introduction of interactive virtual environments,
sophisticated feedback systems, and adaptive platforms, artificial intelligence is revolutionizing
conventional approaches in the field of foreign language acquisition. This article examines the
advantages of using AI to improve language learning results, as well as the issues that need to
be resolved for long term adoption.

Аннотация.

Искусственный интеллект (ИИ) в сфере образования открыл новые

пути для эффективного и индивидуализированного обучения. Посредством внедрения
интерактивных виртуальных сред, сложных систем обратной связи и адаптивных
платформ, искусственный интеллект кардинально меняет традиционные подходы к
изучению иностранных языков. В данной статье рассматриваются преимущества
использования ИИ для повышения результатов в изучении языков, а также проблемы,
которые необходимо решить для его долгосрочного применения.

Annotatsiya

. Sun’iy intellekt (SI) ta’lim sohasida samarali va individual o‘qitishning

yangi yo‘llarini yaratdi. Interaktiv virtual muhitlar, murakkab fikr

-mulohaza tizimlari va

moslashuvchan platformalar

orqali sun’iy intellekt xorijiy tillarni o‘rganishdagi an’anaviy

yondashuvlarni tubdan o‘zgartirmoqda. Ushbu maqolada sun’iy intellekt yordamida til
o‘rganish samaradorligini oshirish afzalliklari hamda uzoq muddatli qo‘llanilishi uchun hal
etilishi lozim bo‘lgan muammolar ko‘rib chiqiladi.

Kalit so‘zlar:

Sun’iy intellekt (SI), xorijiy til o‘rganish, ta’lim, moslashuvchan

platformalar, virtual muhitlar, individual ta’lim, real vaqtli fikr

Introduction.

In today's quickly changing world, knowing a foreign language is no more

a luxury; it is a requirement. Foreign language fluency is essential for travel, education, business,
and communication purposes. Traditionally, people learnt new languages through literature,
classroom teaching, or immersion in other cultures. However, with the advancement of Artificial
Intelligence (AI), language learning has entered a new, more efficient era.

AI has put intelligent programs virtual tutors, and sophisticated algorithms in the hands of

students, making language learning easier, faster and more participatory.

Main part.

The Rise of AI in Education Artificial intelligence (AI) has swiftly altered

numerous industries, including education. AI is no longer a future concept in language learning;
it has already been implemented into the tools and platforms that millions of learners use on a
daily basis. Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP),
Machine Learning (ML), and speech recognition allow applications to interpret, analyze, and
synthesize human language. This provides a more personalized, engaging, and efficient language
learning experience than traditional techniques.

Personalized and Adaptive Learning One of the most important contributions of AI to

language acquisition is the capacity to tailor content. Unlike traditional classrooms, which use a
one-size-fits-all approach, AI tailors lessons to each learner's pace, skills, and shortcomings. AI
systems collect information about the learner's development and adjust workouts accordingly.

For example, a student who is struggling with verb tenses may receive more targeted

practice in that area, whereas a more advanced student may progress to complicated sentence
constructions. This individualized learning environment promotes retention and engagement.

Real-time Feedback and Error Correction Another significant benefit of AI in language

acquisition is real-time feedback. Grammarly and QuillBot, for example, offer real-time
grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure repairs. This enables students to
immediately detect their mistakes and comprehend the reasons behind remedies. Speech
recognition technology, such as those found in apps like Elsa Speak, provide pronunciation
analysis, guiding learners to speak words more clearly and accurately. Instant feedback enhances
learning while also preventing errors from being repeated.

AI and Cultural Competence Language is inextricably linked to culture, and effective

communication transcends grammar and vocabulary. While AI systems are still not entirely
capable of comprehending cultural nuances or emotions, they are making progress in this area.

Advanced AI models can now distinguish idioms, slang, and cultural references, allowing

students to better comprehend how language is utilized in various social circumstances. For
example, AI-generated content can imitate interactions in certain countries or communities,
exposing students to culturally acceptable language use.

Conclusion.

Learning a foreign language is being revolutionized by artificial

intelligence, which makes it more efficient, individualized, and accessible. From novices to
fluent speakers, it helps students at all levels and promotes independent, interesting learning. AI
should be utilized in conjunction with human training, not in place of it, for best results. How we
integrate AI with human creativity, empathy, and cultural knowledge is where its real power
resides.
