Annotatsiya.

Ushbu maqolaning asosiy maqsad va vazifalari — hozirgi vaqtdagi

zamonaviy ta’lim tizimining sotsial funksiyalarini o‘rganish bo’yicha amaliy bosqichlarga
asoslangan pedagogik tahlillarga asoslangan holda fikrlarni tahlil qilishdan iborat. Zamonaviy
ta’lim dasturi sistemasining asosiy mohiyati ta’limning jamiyat hayotidagi ahamiyatini tahlil
qilish va pedagogik tadqiqotlar asosida amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Shuningdek,
tajribali o’qituvchilarimizning ta’lim berishdagi yangi metodikasi asosida ko’plab tahlillar va
mulohazalar keltirib o’tilgan.

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE MODERN EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract.

The main goals and objectives of this article are to reflect and analyze the

current social functions of the modern education system based on pedagogical analysis based on
practical stages. The main essence of the modern educational program system is to analyze the
importance of education in society and develop practical recommendations based on
pedagogical research. Also, many analyzes and considerations are presented based on the new
teaching methodology of our experienced teachers.

СОЦИАЛЬНЫЕ ФУНКЦИИ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ СИСТЕМЫ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Аннотация.

Основными целями и задачами данной статьи являются осмысление

и анализ актуальных социальных функций современной системы образования на основе
педагогического анализа, основанного на практических этапах. Суть современной
системы образовательных программ заключается в анализе значения образования в
обществе и разработке практических рекомендаций на основе педагогических
исследований. Также представлено множество аналитических и размышлений,
основанных на новых методических разработках наших опытных педагогов.

Hozirgi kunga kelib butun dunyo miqyosida barcha sohalarda, shuningdek ta’lim

sohasida globallashuv, axborot texnologiyalarining rivojlanishi, ta’limning zamonaviy metodik
dasturlarining yangi innovatsion pedagogik metodlar orqali o‘zgarishlar hamda yangi ijtimoiy
talablar zamonaviy ta’lim tizimining shakl va mazmunini tubdan o‘zgartirmoqda degan fikrlarni
bildiramiz. Bugungi kunda ta’lim nafaqat bilim berish jarayoni, balki ijtimoiy pedagogik
tadqiqotlarga asoslangan zamonaviy ta’lim institutlari sifatida jamiyatning iqtisodiy, siyosiy,
ma’daniy va ma’naviy hayotiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi kuchga aylangan. Shu nuqtai
nazardan kelib chiqqanda, yurtimizda ta’lim tizimining asosiy sotsial funksiyalarini o‘rganishga
qaratilgan innovatsion ta’lim sistemasida ta’limning zamonaviy dasturlarini qo’llash, hamda
ularning mohiyatini tahlil etish va zamonaviy ta’lim dasturiga amaliy yondashuvlar asosida
rivojlantirish dolzarb masala hisoblanadi. O‘zbekiston Respublikasida so‘nggi yillarda amalga
oshirilayotgan ta’limga oid davlat islohotlari, xususan, “Ta’lim to‘g‘risida”gi qonunlarning
ustuvor yo’nalishlaridan kelib chiqqan holda, “Yangi O‘zbekiston – Yangi ta’lim” strategiyasi
amalda o’z natijalarini ko’rsatmoqda, “Uzluksiz ta’lim tizimini rivojlantirish konsepsiyasi”
mamlakatimizda ta’lim sifatini oshirish, ta’limga innovatsion yondashuvlar asosda tashkil etish
va uning ijtimoiy ta’limning samaradorligini kuchaytirishga qaratilgan bir qancha vazifalar
belgilab o’tilgan. Bu esa zamonaviy ta’lim tizimining sotsial funksiyalarini yanada
faollashtirishni talab qiladi va o’qituvchilarning intelektual fikrlash qobiliyatlarini
rivojlantirishga yordam beradi. Ta’lim tizimi bu jamiyatda insonni ijtimoiy hayotga
tayyorlovchi, uning bilim, ko‘nikma, malaka va dunyoqarashini shakllantiruvchi ijtimoiy instituti
hisoblanadi. O‘zbekistonlik professor o’qituvchilarning ta’limni “insonning shaxsiy va kasbiy
rivojlanishiga yo‘naltirilgan uzluksiz jarayon” sifatida talqin etishi bu keng ma’noda ta’limning
rivojlanish bosqichlarini belgilab beruvchi omillaridan hisoblanadi. Shu ma’noda, ta’lim tizimi
nafaqat individual rivojlanishning asosiy ahamiyati, balki jamiyat taraqqiyotining poydevori
hisoblanadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimi inson kapitalini shakllantirishda eng samarali
mexanizmdir. Chunki ta’lim orqali shaxsda ijodkorlik, mehnatsevarlik, ijtimoiy mas’uliyat va
vatanparvarlik tuyg‘ulari rivojlanadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimi esa bu jarayonni innovatsion
texnologiyalarga asoslangan metodik faoliyat turi hisoblanib, pedagogik tadqiqotlarga
asoslangan interfaol metodlar va ta’limning raqamli vositalar yordamida takomillashtirishni
ko‘zda tutadi. So‘nggi yillarda O‘zbekiston olimlari ta’limni modernizatsiya qilishda yangi
ta’lim sistemasining dasturlari, ta’limda innovatsion yondashuvlar joriy etish haqida ko’pchilik
tadqiqot natijalariga asoslangan holda, zamonaviy pedagogik faoliyatni sotsiologik nuqtai
nazardan o‘rganish borasida ko‘plab tadqiqotlar olib bormoqda. Shuningdek, ta’limni “ijtimoiy
tizimning markaziy bo‘g‘ini” deb atab, uni jamiyatning ma’naviy barqarorligi bilan bevosita
bog‘laydi. Zamonaviy pedagogik tadqiqotlar shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim, kompetensiyaviy
yondashuv, raqamli pedagogika, ekologik jihatdan va inkluziv ta’lim masalalariga alohida
e’tibor qaratish maqsadga muvofiq. O’quvchi-yoshlarning kolloborativ shakllanishini o'rganish
uchun ularning ruxiyatini va fanga bo’lgan qiziqishlarini oshirish lozim. Zamonaviy o'quv
jarayoni o'qitishning barcha mavjud tashkiliy shakllaridan foydalangan holda metodlardan
foydalanish kerak. O'qituvchining talaba bilan birgalikdagi ishlash faoliyati sharoitidagina har bir
kishi uchun o'ziga xos shaxsiy ma'noga ega bo'lgan hamkorlikdagi kolloborativ shakllanishdagi

munosabatlari o’rganiladi. Ular muayyan munosabatlarda, shuningdek, o'qituvchi va
talabalarning o'zaro ta'sirida, nutq harakatlarini muvofiqlashtirishda namoyon bo'ladi. Shuni
ta'kidlash kerakki, agar o'qituvchi o'quvchilar bilan haqiqiy hamkorlikni targ'ib qilsa, u holda
dars uchun aniq maqsadni shunday qilib qo'yadiki, u ishlab chiqarilayotgan muloqotning haqiqiy
maqsadlariga mos keladi. Talabaga nafaqat darsning asosiy maqsadini, balki unga erishishning
mumkin bo'lgan yo'lini amalga oshirish jarayonida yordam beradi. Ta'limdagi muvaffaqiyat
darajasi nafaqat o'qituvchi va talabaning ishini birgalikda muvofiqlashtirish, balki ularning
shaxsiyatlarining o'zaro ta'siri, shuningdek, ular o'rtasida shakllanadigan o'zaro tushunish bilan
ham bog'liq. O'qituvchining kasbiy tayyorgarligi maqbul bo'lgan taqdirda, uning uslubiy,
shuningdek, o'z harakatlarini maqsadga muvofiq rejalashtirish qobiliyati darajasida o'qitish
samarasi o'zaro bog'liq bo'lmagan munosabatlar tufayli kamayishi mumkinligini aynan shu bilan
izohlash mumkin. Kolloborativ shakllanish holati asosian ma'lum bir talabalar guruhi (jamoaviy
talabalar guruhi) o'rtasida rivojlanadi. Agar umumiy kontekstda bevosita pedagogik, ta'lim
sohasidagi hamkorlik haqida gapiradigan bo'lsak, o'qituvchining talaba bilan o'zaro munosabati,
talabalarning faqat har biri bilan o'zaro munosabati jarayonida shakllanadigan uchta asosiy omil
mavjudligi zarurligini yodda tutish kerak. Pedagogik ta’limning zamonaviy modelida ta’lim
texnologiyasidan boshqa birgalikdagi faoliyat davomida, shuningdek, o'qituvchilarning fanlararo
aloqalar tizimidagi o'zaro ta'sirida namoyon bo’lishi haqida ma’lumotlar keltirib o’tilgan. Ushbu
texnologiyaning asosiy g'oyasi turli xil ta'lim sharoitlarida o'quvchilarning faol birgalikdagi
ta'lim faoliyati uchun sharoit yaratishdir. Bu yondashuvlar ta’lim jarayonini insonparvar,
moslashuvchan va ijtimoiy faollikka yo‘naltirilgan asosiy tizim sifatida shakllantirishga xizmat
qiladi. Pedagogik tahlillarga asoslangan metodika zamonaviy ta’limning sifat ko‘rsatkichini
belgilovchi asosiy omildir. Zamonaviy ta’lim metodikasi o‘quvchi va o‘qituvchi o‘rtasidagi
o‘zaro hamkorlik (kolloborativ ta’lim), mustaqil fikrlashni rivojlantirish, muammoli vaziyatlarni
yechish va ijodiy tafakkurni shakllantirishga qaratilgan bo‘lishi kerak. Hozirda ta’lim tizimida
interfaol metodlar (pedagogik metod, aqliy hujum, debat, loyiha asosida o‘qitish tizimi) keng
qo‘llanilmoqda. Bularning barchasi ta’lim jarayonining sotsial ahamiyatini kuchaytiradi. Buni
talabalar birgalikda olib boradigan kolloborativ shakllanish turi sifatida ham aniqlash mumkin.

Hamkorlikdagi ta’lim an’anaviy ta’lim usullariga nisbatan bir qator muhim afzalliklarga

ega. Bolalarning birgalikdagi ishi muloqot qilish, tinglash, o'z nuqtai nazarini ifoda etish va o’z
g’oyalarini erkin bildirish kabi ko'nikmalarni rivojlantiradi. To'g'ri tuzilgan dars bilan barcha
o'quvchilar o’qishga jalb qilinadi va bunday guruhlarga kiritilgan bolalarning bilim faolligi
faollashadi. Zamonaviy pedagogik dunyoda sinflarning bir qator modellarini ajratish odatiy
holdir, ularning har biri darsning yakuniy maqsadiga qarab tanlanadi va o'zgartiriladi. Bu bolalar
katta yoki kichik guruhlarga bo'lingan sinflar bo'lishi mumkin, bu modelda bolalar bir xil yoki
turli xil vazifalarni oladilar. O'rganilayotgan masala bo'yicha mutaxassis bilan o'yin elementlari
qo'llaniladigan yoki konstruktiv dialog o'tkaziladigan model mexanizmlariga asoslangan holda
pedagogik metodlardan foydalanishadi. Zamonaviy globallashayotgan dunyo sharoitida
ta'limning odatiy darajalarida qolishning iloji yo'q, bolalarni kelajak, mustaqil hayot ehtiyojlariga
eng samarali tayyorlash uchun mavjud tizimni o'zgartirish zarur. Birgalikda o'qitish usuli bolada
nafaqat aql-zakovatni va uning atrofidagi dunyoni o'rganish istagini rivojlantirishga imkon
beradi.

Shuningdek, tengdoshlar uchun mas'uliyat, boshqa odamlarning fikrlarini hurmat qilish,

muvaffaqiyatga intilish va ijodiy faoliyati shakllanadi. Ta’limning eng muhim sotsial funksiyasi
inson shaxsini shakllantirishdir. Inson o‘z hayotida o‘zining ijtimoiy maqomini ta’lim orqali
egallaydi. Ta’lim shaxsni faqat bilim bilan emas, balki ijtimoiy mas’uliyatini oshirishda, odob-
axloqni saqlashda, madaniyatli bo’lishda, kommunikativ ko‘nikmalarining oshirilishi bilan ham
boyitadi. Ta’lim tizimi ijtimoiy guruhlar o‘rtasidagi aloqalarni mustahkamlovchi va ularni
yagona maqsad atrofida birlashtiruvchi ta’limning zamonaviy bosqichidir. Bu esa sotsial
integratsiya tizimiga asoslangan innovatsion ta’lim sistemasi deb ataladi. O‘zbekiston ta’lim
tizimida bugungi kunda gender tenglikni ta’minlanishi, inklyuzivlik ta’limning rivojlanishi,
pedagogika sohasida ijtimoiy adolatli qarorlar qabul qilinishi kabi g‘oyalar kuchayib bormoqda.

Bu esa ta’limning sotsial funksiyalarini yangi bosqichga olib chiqarishga va zamonaviy

ta’lim sistemasining rivojlanishiga yordam beradi. Pedagogik metodlar asoslangan o’qitish tizimi
orqali o‘quvchilar o‘z fikrini erkin ifoda etishni ta’minlash, jamoadagi munosabatlarni
boshqarishni asosiy faktorlari, ijtimoiy muhitda masalalarni hal qilishni o‘rganadilar. Shu bois,
zamonaviy ta’lim sistemasining pedagogik ta’lim dasturlari metodlarida sotsial natijasini
fuqarolik faolligi, madaniyat, bag‘rikenglik va insonparvarlikning rivojlanishida asosiy ahamiyat
kasb etadi.

Xulosa

Xulosa qilib aytishimiz mumkinki, zamonaviy ta’lim tizimi jamiyat hayotining barcha

sohalariga chuqur ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Uning sotsial funksiyalari shaxsni har tomonlama
rivojlantirish bo’yicha ko’nikmalarni hosil qilishga yangi imkoniyatlarni ochib berishi, ta’limda
ijtimoiy integratsiya, ma’naviy yangilanish va iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashga xizmat qiladi.

Ta’lim tizimi shaxs va jamiyat o‘rtasidagi ijtimoiy bog‘lovchi omillardan biri bo’ib

hisoblanadi. Pedagogik mahorat va innovatsion metodlar ta’limning sotsial samaradorligini
oshirishga yordam beradi. Ta’limning asosiy sotsial vazifasi insonni ijtimoiy jihatdan yetuk,
ma’naviy boy va ta’limga nisbatan faollikka tayyor shaxs sifatida shakllantirishdan iboratdir.
