Annotatsiya.

Ushbu tadqiqotda tarbiyaning zamonaviy metodlari, tarbiyani shakllantirish

va yoshlarga tarbiya berish bosqichlari haqida ma’lumotlar keltirib o’tilgan. Buyuk
mutafakkirlarimizning tarbiya haqidagi fikrlari shuningdek tarbiyani shakllantirishning metodlari
haqida sharhlar keltirib o’tilgan. Shaxsni tarbiyalash orqali uning dunyoqarashini rivojlantirish,
ma’naviy yetuk, komil inson sifatida ta’riflab berilgan. Tarbiyaning zamonaviy modellarida
o’qituvchi va o’quvchining, farzand tarbiya olgan oila davrasiga uzviy bog’liq hisoblanadi.

Abstract.

This study provides information about modern methods of upbringing, the stages

ФАКТОРЫ ВЛИЯЮЩИЕ НА ВОСПИТАНИЕ И ЭТАПЫ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ

ВОСПИТАНИЯ

Аннотация.

В данном исследовании представлена информация о современных

методах воспитания, этапах воспитания и воспитании молодёжи. Приводятся
размышления наших великих мыслителей о воспитании, а также комментарии к методам
воспитания. Развитие мировоззрения человека через воспитание описывается как
формирование духовно зрелой, совершенной личности. В современных моделях воспитания
отношения между учителем и учеником неразрывно связаны с семейным кругом, в
котором воспитывается ребёнок.

Insoniyat tarixining barcha davrlarida tarbiya masalasi jamiyat hayotida muhim o‘rin

egallab kelgan. Har bir xalq o‘zining milliy qadriyatlari, urf-odatlari va tarixiy tajribasi asosida
yosh avlodni tarbiyalashning o‘ziga xos tizimini yaratgan. Tarbiya – bu shaxsning ma’naviy,
aqliy, jismoniy va estetik jihatdan shakllanishiga xizmat qiluvchi uzluksiz jarayondir. Buyuk
mutafakkirlar, allomalar va pedagoglar bu jarayonning mohiyatini chuqur o‘rganib, inson
kamoloti uchun tarbiyaning hal qiluvchi ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ta’kidlab o‘tganlar.

Tarbiya — bu insonning ma’lum maqsadga yo‘naltirilgan holda shakllanishini

ta’minlovchi ijtimoiy jarayon bo‘lib, u jamiyat ehtiyojlari, maqsad va g‘oyalari asosida amalga
oshiriladi. Tarbiya jarayoni shaxsning xulq-atvori, dunyoqarashi, axloqiy me’yorlarga amal qilish
darajasini belgilaydi. Abu Nasr Forobiy “Fozil shahar aholisining fikrlari” asarida shunday degan
edi: “Agar inson o‘z tabiati va fe’l-atvori jihatidan yaxshi fazilatlarga ega bo‘lsa, ammo tarbiya
topmasa, unda bu fazilatlar rivojlanmaydi.” Buyuk mutafakkirlar – Abu Nasr Forobiy, Ibn Sino,
Alisher Navoiy, Ahmad Donish, Abdulla Avloniylar ham tarbiyani inson kamolotining poydevori
sifatida talqin etgan. Avloniy esa “Tarbiya biz uchun yo hayot, yo mamot masalasidir” deya
tarbiyaning millat hayotidagi o‘rnini chuqur ifodalagan. Bu fikr tarbiyaning inson shaxsini
kamolga yetkazishdagi o‘rni naqadar muhim ekanini ko‘rsatadi. Tarbiya jarayoniga ko‘plab
omillar, ya’ni faktorlar ta’sir etadi. Ularni quyidagi guruhlarga ajratish mumkin: Oila – insonning
birinchi tarbiya maskanidir. Farzand ilk bor mehr, g‘amxo‘rlik va odobni oilada o‘rganadi. Ota-
ona shaxsiy namunasi, muomala madaniyati va axloqiy qadriyatlari bolaning ruhiy olamiga
chuqur ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Hadisi sharifda aytilganidek: “Har bir bola fitratda tug‘iladi, uni yahudiy,
nasroniy yoki majusiy qiluvchi ota-onasidir.” Bu hadis oilaning tarbiyadagi asosiy rolini aniq
ifodalaydi. Maktab, kollej, litsey va oliy ta’lim muassasalari tarbiya jarayonining keyingi
bosqichini tashkil etadi. Bu bosqichda bola shaxs sifatida shakllana boshlaydi, unda
mehnatsevarlik, javobgarlik, do‘stlik, vatanga sadoqat kabi fazilatlar rivojlanadi. Pedagogik
faoliyatning muvaffaqiyati ko‘p jihatdan o‘qituvchining shaxsiga, uning kasbiy mahorati va
insoniy fazilatlariga bog‘liq. Jamiyatdagi madaniy muhit, ommaviy axborot vositalari, internet,
do‘stlar davrasi va ijtimoiy tarmoqlar ham yoshlar tarbiyasiga bevosita ta’sir etadi. Agar ijtimoiy
muhit sog‘lom g‘oyalar, milliy qadriyatlar va ezgulik ruhida bo‘lsa, shaxsning ma’naviy yetukligi
shakllanadi. Aks holda esa, bu omillar salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Tarbiya tizimi xalqning
tarixiy an’analari, urf-odatlari va diniy e’tiqodlari bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Imom G‘azzoliy
shunday yozgan: “Yosh bolani tarbiya qilmaslik – uni buzishga tengdir.” Shu bois, diniy
qadriyatlar asosida bolalarga halollik, sabr, hayo, ota-onaga hurmat, Vatanga muhabbat singari
tuyg‘ularni singdirish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Shaxs tarbiyasiga tabiiy omillar – iqlim, salomatlik
holati, jismoniy imkoniyatlar ham ma’lum darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Shu sababli tarbiya jarayoni
insonning individual xususiyatlarini e’tiborga olgan holda olib borilishi lozim. Tarbiyani
shakllantirish uzluksiz jarayon bo‘lib, u inson hayotining barcha davrlarini qamrab oladi. Tarbiya
metodlari – bu tarbiya jarayonida qo‘llaniladigan usullar majmui bo‘lib, ular shaxsni
shakllantirishda katta ahamiyatga ega. Eng samarali metodlarga quyidagilar kiradi: Suhbat va
tushuntirish metodi. Tarbiyaviy suhbat orqali bolalarda axloqiy qarashlar, ma’naviy qadriyatlar
shakllanadi. Rag‘batlantirish va jazolash metodi. To‘g‘ri va o‘rinli tarzda qo‘llanilganda, bu metod
shaxsda mas’uliyat va intizomni kuchaytiradi. Shaxsiy namuna.

Tarbiyachi o‘zi o‘rnak bo‘lmasa, so‘zining ta’siri bo‘lmaydi. Konfutsiy shunday degan edi:

“Yaxshi tarbiya berish uchun avvalo o‘zingni tarbiya qil.” Jamoa orqali tarbiya. Guruh yoki jamoa
doirasida olib borilgan tarbiya shaxsda ijtimoiy faollik va hamkorlikni rivojlantiradi.

Mehnat orqali tarbiya. Mehnat insonni tarbiyalaydi, sabr, matonat va javobgarlikni

singdiradi.

Tarixiy manbalarda tarbiya masalasi ko‘plab allomalar tomonidan chuqur o‘rganilgan.
Masalan: Abu Ali Ibn Sino ta’lim va tarbiyani bir-biridan ajratib bo‘lmasligini ta’kidlab,

“Tarbiyasiz ta’lim – egasiz xazina kabidir”, degan. Yusuf Xos Hojib “Qutadg‘u bilig” asarida
inson kamolotini halollik, adolat, bilim va sabr bilan bog‘lagan. Ahmad Donish esa yoshlarni
ilmga, mehnatsevarlikka va Vatanga sadoqatga undagan. Abdulla Avloniy “Turkiy guliston yoxud
axloq” asarida tarbiyani “hayot-mamot masalasi” deb atab, millat kelajagi tarbiyaga bog‘liqligini
ta’kidlagan. Ma’naviy yetuklik – bu insonning axloqiy, ruhiy va intellektual barkamollikka
erishganlik darajasidir. Tarbiya bu jarayonning asosi hisoblanadi. Ma’naviy barkamol inson
jamiyatda ijobiy o‘zgarishlar keltirib chiqaradi, boshqalarga o‘rnak bo‘ladi. Tarbiya orqali inson
nafaqat bilim oladi, balki o‘zini anglash, boshqalar bilan to‘g‘ri munosabatda bo‘lishni o‘rganadi.

Bugungi globallashuv davrida tarbiya jarayoniga yangicha yondashuvlar talab etiladi.
Internet, raqamli texnologiyalar va axborot oqimi yoshlar dunyoqarashiga kuchli ta’sir

ko‘rsatmoqda. Shu bois, zamonaviy tarbiya tizimi: axborot madaniyatini shakllantirish; milliy
g‘oyalar asosida vatanparvarlikni kuchaytirish; oila va maktab hamkorligini mustahkamlash;
shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan pedagogik metodlarni qo‘llash kabi yo‘nalishlarda takomillashtirilmoqda.
Zamonaviy pedagogika kompetensiyaviy yondashuvni tarbiya jarayonining asosiy modeli sifatida
qabul qilmoqda. Bu yondashuvda bilim emas, balki amaliy ko‘nikma, qadriyat va munosabatlar
markaziy o‘rinda turadi. Kompetensiyaviy yondashuvga ko‘ra, tarbiya natijasi shaxsning hayotda
muvaffaqiyatli faoliyat yurita olishi bilan o‘lchanadi. Tarbiyaning mazmuni, maqsadi va
shakllanish bosqichlari asrlar davomida insoniyatni o‘ylantirib kelgan eng muhim ijtimoiy-
madaniy jarayonlardan biridir. Hozirgi kunda tarbiya nafaqat an’anaviy axloqiy qadriyatlarni
uzatish vositasi, balki shaxsning ijodiy, intellektual va ma’naviy rivojlanishini ta’minlovchi
strategik jarayon sifatida qaraladi. Zamonaviy pedagogik tadqiqotlar tarbiyani inson shaxsini
shakllantiruvchi dinamik tizim sifatida o‘rganmoqda. Bu tizimda biologik, psixologik, ijtimoiy,
madaniy va ma’naviy omillar o‘zaro ta’sirda bo‘ladi.Tarbiyaning samaradorligi uni amalda to‘g‘ri
tashkil etish, metodlarni sharoit va yosh xususiyatlariga moslashtirish bilan belgilanadi.

Yoshlarning dunyoqarashi shakllanishida metodlarning amaliy qo‘llanilishi – nazariy

bilimlarni hayotiy tajriba bilan uyg‘unlashtirish, ma’naviy qadriyatlarni kundalik faoliyatda
mustahkamlashga yordam beradi. Shunday qilib, yoshlarni dunyoqarashini kengaytirishda tarbiya
metodlarining ahamiyati beqiyosdir. Chunki tarbiya insonni nafaqat bilimli, balki ma’naviy
barkamol, axloqan toza, ijtimoiy faol shaxs sifatida voyaga yetkazadi. Tarbiya metodlarining
ilmiy, milliy va ma’naviy asoslarda uyg‘unlashtirilgan holda qo‘llanilishi esa yosh avlodni har
tomonlama komil inson darajasiga olib chiqadi. Bu esa o‘z navbatida, yurt taraqqiyotining eng
muhim omili hisoblanadi.

Tarbiyaviy muhit deganda odam yashaydigan sharoitdagi barcha tashqi ta’sirlar

tushuniladi. Shu nuqtayi nazardan tarbiya tufayli bolani o‘zi yashaydigan ijtimoiy sharoitga
moslashtirish mumkin, degan xulosa kelib chiqadi.

Ular ijtimoiy muhitning rolini hal qiluvchi omil deb hisoblaydilar. So‘ngra bolani qurshab

turgan hamma narsa ham uning rivojlanishida haqiqiy muhit hisoblanavermaydi. Har bir bola
uchun rivojlanishning betakror va mutlaqo individual vaziyati vujudga keladiki, biz uni yaqin
atrof-muhiti deb ataymiz. Ayni chog‘da u nisbatan mustaqillikni bildiradi. Mikromuhit ham
ijtimoiy muhitning bir qismi bo‘lib, oila, maktab, do‘stlar, tengqurlar, yaqin kishilar va shu kabi
elementlardan tashkil topadi. Bolani qurshab turgan muhitda ijobiy va salbiy hodisalar mavjud
bo‘ladi. Shaxs atrof-muhit ta’sirini o‘ziga singdiribgina emas, balki unga qarshilik ko‘rsatib ham
shakllanadi. Rivojlanishning shart-sharoitlari bolaning o‘zi ularga nisbatan qay yo‘sinda turgani
va uning bu sharoitlarda qay tarzda tarkib topishiga bog‘liq bo‘lmagan holda shaxsning
shakllanishiga ta’sir ko‘rsata olmaydi.

Masalan, shu narsa ayon bo‘ladiki, agar bola o‘rtoqlari orasida hurmatga ega bo‘lsa, agar

unga mas’uliyatli topshiriqlar ishonib topshiriladigan bo‘lsa, bu holda unda unga ishonchning,
faollikning, til topishib ketishining rivojlanib ketishiga yordam beradi, yoki aksincha bo‘ladi,
kishilar va shu kabi elementlardan tashkil topadi. Bolani qurshab turgan muhitda ijobiy va salbiy
hodisalar mavjud bo‘ladi. Shaxs atrof–muhit ta’sirini o‘ziga singdiribgina emas, balki unga
qarshilik ko‘rsatib ham shakllanadi. Rivojlanishning shart-sharoitlari bolaning o‘zi ularga nisbatan
qay yo‘sinda turgani va uning bu sharoitlarda qay tarzda tarkib topishiga bog‘liq bo‘lmagan holda
shaxsning shakllanishiga ta’sir ko‘rsata olmaydi. Bolani o‘rab turgan muhit mehnat va til oqibati
natijasida tarbiya vositasiga aylanadi. Bunda muhitning ta’siri stixiyali ekanligini hisobga olmoq
lozim. Shu sababli inson kamolotida ta’lim va tarbiyaning yetakchilik qilishiga imkon berish
kerak.

Xulosa

Tarbiya inson hayotining ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, uning mohiyati jamiyatning ma’naviy,

madaniy va iqtisodiy taraqqiyotiga bevosita bog‘liqdir. Har bir avlodni komil inson sifatida
voyaga yetkazish – ota-ona, pedagog va butun jamiyatning burchidir. Buyuk mutafakkirlarning
asarlarida tarbiya insonni inson qiluvchi, jamiyatni esa barkamol etuvchi kuch sifatida ta’riflanadi.

Shunday ekan, har bir pedagog, ota-ona va jamiyat a’zosi yosh avlodning tarbiyasiga

mas’uliyat bilan yondashmog‘i, ma’naviy yetuk, vatanparvar va komil insonni shakllantirishga
intilmog‘i zarur. Chunki tarbiya – bu kelajak poydevoridir.
