This study explores the theoretical foundations, practical mechanisms, and long-term significance of student-centered learning in contemporary education. The research highlights how shifting from traditional teacher-led instruction to learner-focused environments enhances academic achievement, motivation, and independent thinking. The study examines various pedagogical strategies that support active engagement, including collaborative tasks, inquiry-based learning, and technology-assisted methods. It also analyzes how this approach contributes to developing essential 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving. The findings show that student-centered learning creates a more flexible, inclusive, and effective educational environment. Overall, the study demonstrates that this model plays a vital role in improving educational quality and preparing learners for modern societal and professional demands.References
