This article presents reflections and considerations on the Constitution as a guarantee of a free and prosperous life. The Constitution is the fundamental normative act of any modern state. It serves not only as a legal, but also as a political and social foundation, defining the structure of government, the rights and freedoms of citizens, and the principles of state and societal functioning. The Constitution possesses a unique legal force that ensures its supremacy over all other normative legal documents.References
