This article analyzes the pressing issues, prospects, and challenges of transitioning to a green economy in Uzbekistan. The theoretical essence of the green economy concept and its role in sustainable development, ecological stability, and economic growth are highlighted. The article also examines practical measures and challenges in implementing energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, water resource management, and ecological innovations in the country. The opportunities and development strategies for transitioning to a green economy are analyzed from a scientific perspective.References
