This article examines the theoretical foundations of building a rule-of-law state in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the stages of its development, the role of the Constitution, the principle of separation of powers, legal reforms, and the growth of civil society institutions. The paper also analyzes Uzbekistan’s unique model of a legal state and the significance of ongoing democratic reforms.References
