The article presents classical articles on the origin of the state and modern external analyses of its development process. Based on historical, philosophical and legal sources, the content of patriarchal, theocratic, social society, violence, experience and organic theories is covered, the evolution of economic systems and modern scientific views on social institutions are considered. The article aims to reveal the complex socio-legal nature of the state, to show the specific similarities of various theories and to create conceptual works on the development of the state in the present era.References
