This scientific article examines, from a theoretical perspective, the role, functions, and legal foundations of prosecutorial bodies in ensuring legality. Prosecutorial authorities occupy a special place in upholding the rule of law and protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens. The article highlights the essence of prosecutorial supervision, its significance in the activities of state bodies, as well as its role in the prevention of legal violations.References
