In this article, the single-semal and multi-semal lexemes in the word combinations of the great Uzbek writer O'tkir Hashimov's "Inscriptions on the Margins of the Notebook" are analyzed linguistically. Brief information about polysemous and monosemous lexemes, what they are, is given.
