“MODERN” THREATS TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATION, THE
NATIONAL BASIS FOR THEIR PROTECTION

The effectiveness of the prevention and control of spiritual threats, first
of all, depends on the nature, purpose, shape and methods and means of
deterrence. What is being done in this direction? Indeed , the study of and
the prevention of harmful, explicit ideas are one of the most important tasks.
Indeed the source of the disease, its origins and symptoms can not be
countered, it can not be cured. The sadness of seemingly insignificant is
likely to cause great spiritual loss tomorrow. Today, nothing can be done by
saying evil threats. It is necessary to reveal its essence, its shape and means,
the forces behind it, objectives of the centers.
Take note of the types of spiritual threats: religious fanaticism,
missionary work aimed at destroying religious fortifications, attempts to
introduce immorality culture and culture as in the essence of “muss culture”.
Also, egocentrism Hedonism ideas, foreign films, cartoons, books,
newspapers and magazines promoting malice, immorality, violence, and
puppets….. Even mobile phones are used as a means of promoting the
pictures and dreams. For m the third millennium, the problem of finding
information was automatically resolved. Different types of publications such
as radio and television, especially on the internet, deliver news or
information? Is this good or bad? Are all the information disseminated on
the world media market useful for the individual community? What are the
thousands of tricks that threaten spirituality? The marketer’s eyes are likely
to be imprisoned because of a large number of colorful products. Of course,
each of them looks nice, exemplary and of good quality. There is no
hesitation in knowing which one to buy…. The same is true of news stories
and news stories. Unlike the smaller market the products here are
“imprisoning” the brain. No matter what material you read or read, it’s easy
to know how to digest it.

There are the same principles for both markets: no one cares about their
property. Even the best- seller who sells the message , he wants to spend it.
Food , farmers, and other enterprisers know what to buy. Because there
is a person who knows the products! But does the media market buyer today
know which of the information or information in his or her desk is of highest
quality? In our opinion , that’s all! Now, let’s take a look at the spiritual threat
of the internet that has come to our lives as a media outlet.
There are many benefits to the internet. But there are also negative
aspects. Especially, various dating websites have a fatal effect on the minds
of citizens, especially young people. It is no secret that some of them are
ruined by some families, whose daughter, son, husband or wife is acquainted
with foreigners through social networks, forums.
At the same time, it should be noted that some networks have become
not only acquaintance, but also the portal of immorality. For example, “You
Tube” goes out of the rules of ethics. In them we have our own faces, and
invite the rest of us to commit adultery. Nails are also increasing in
“Facebook”. In addition, some extremist groups and members of the clan can
not ignore the use of such networks. Those who have been in the past for
some reason and tried to absorb their ideas and ideologies have now
become social networks. After all , nodiv here says their cat is a “ barrage”.
The “chatterer”, which appears on the profile of a traumatized person.
Someone is ignorant, others are misunderstood, and others fall into their
dignity as a person who respects our religious values. Those who think that
this is not going to continue will not be disappointed.
There are always those who mislead the good people. Most important,
we should not deviate from the way we choose. The first President Islam
Karimov said: “We must fight against ideology, ideology against ideology,
high spirituality against ignorance”. The rapidly developing today is proving
to be true.
In summary, it can be said that the threat to spirituality is a threat to the
future. The people of Uzbekistan are the descendants of Abu Rayhan Beruni,
Abu Ali ibn Sina, Forobi, the great Imams al-Bukhari, Moturidiy, At-Termizi,
Alisher Navoi and Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, who made a great
contribution to the development of the world. while being amazed at the
same time, it is unacceptable for us to give all sorts of light-hearted,
nonviolent-minded factors to our contemporary, cultural mask. Formation
and struggle against such negative emotions should become an urgent task
today. In this regard, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's words to the youth are:
"Youth is our support, our hope is tomorrow, our successors" to our
strength, to our zeal, to the highest goals.

FACTORS IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ CREATIVE ABILITIES IN
PORTRAITURE CLASSES

Abstract: In the article has been analyzed of factors in developing
students’ creative abilities in portraiture classes by the helping scientific
literatures and main sources as well.

Portraiture - the creation of the human image - is the most complex
genre in the fine arts. Therefore, in the process of teaching fine arts, this type
of creative activity is approached in a comprehensive way, adapted to a set
of serious and theoretical knowledge. In the field of undergraduate
education, once the still life genre is mastered sufficiently and at a high level,
the transition to a series of portrait tasks. In this case, the gypsum head
samples, developed and studied in pencil drawing exercises, also play an
important role. Because we know that a quality painting cannot create a
portrait pattern without a perfect study of how to process the head image in
pencil painting. In the words of the most famous pedagogue-painter of the
past - painter P.P. Chistyakov: “High-level, serious art of painting can not be
a complex without science. Science, in its highest form, becomes art. ” The
famous Italian artist Titian, on the other hand, said, "Any shape is not a
