THE IMPORTANCE OF USING MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN

PREPARING TEACHERS FOR INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES

Abstract: This article is devoted to the role of modern pedagogical

technologies in the preparation of primary school teachers for innovative
activities, the acquisition of information and their practical application.

Keywords: traditional education, “informational education”, modern

information and communication technologies, “advanced pedagogical
technologies”.

Today, the rapid introduction of information and communication

technologies (ICT) in the educational process remains one of the most
effective factors in improving the effectiveness of education.That is why,
there is a constant search for the effective use of computer technology,
modern information and communication technologies in the education
system of developed countries.

The need for the introduction of advanced pedagogical technologies in

the education system is repeatedly emphasized in the "National Training
Program".What is pedagogical technology and how is it different from
traditional education?Currently, the terms "New pedagogical technology",
"Advanced pedagogical technology", "Progressive pedagogical technology"
and "Modern educational technology" are widely used in pedagogical
literature, reports on educational problems, official documents.However,
the concept of “pedagogical technology” has not yet been standardized, it is
not explained in encyclopedias, a single interpretation of its content has not
been developed, and therefore there are many different definitions of the
phrase.Scientists and practitioners in the field of pedagogy of the Republic
strive to create scientifically based educational technologies and adapt them
to the socio-pedagogical conditions of Uzbekistan and apply them in
educational practice.So why the need for new pedagogical technologies?

1.the need to use the most advanced pedagogical meAndijan State

University named after Z.M.Boburres to accelerate and increase the
effectiveness of public education in order for our society, which for some
reason lags behind the development of the world community, to become one
of the developed countries;

2. the traditional teaching system is described as “informational

teaching” because it relies on written and spoken words, and the teacher's
activity becomes not only an organizer of the learning process, but also a
source of authoritative knowledge.

3.the rapid increase in information due to the rapid development of

science and technology and the limited time available to inform young
people;

4.at this stage of its development, human society is moving from

thinking based on theoretical and empirical knowledge to technical thinking
based on concrete results, which is increasingly useful;

5. the requirement to prepare young people perfectly for life requires

them to use the principle of a systematic approach to objective existence,
which is the most advanced method of educating them.Educational
technology is an educational activity that meets all the requirements of the
five causal conditions listed above.This necessity is due to the fact that so far
students have been taught on the basis of closed thinking paradigms
(examples, examples), in which they are formed not to recognize a different
point of view, but only to know that their opinion is correct.This is an
obstacle to any progress and will lead those who follow this paradigm to
crisis.Our society is developing rapidly and its economic and political
position is growing day by day.But in the social sphere, and especially in
education, there is a sense of deprivation and general backwardness.One
way out of this situation is to technologicalize the educational process on the
basis of accepted state standards.As early as the seventeenth century, Jan
Amos Comenius, the founder of didactics, sought to find a general order of
education that required nothing more than a "skilful distribution of time,
sciences, and methods."According to Comenius, if the only perfect method
of teaching was found in the ideal, "everything would be as accurate as a
clock whose stones are properly balanced, and wounded only by an error
that can only be achieved with such a skillfully crafted instrument."

The flow of pedagogical technology has also spread rapidly to almost all

developed countries.Recognized by an influential organization such as
UNESCO, it is defined as “Pedagogical technology-technical resources,
people and their interaction, the task of optimizing forms of education,
taking into account all aspects of teaching and learning.as a systematic
method of creating, applying and defining processes is the driving force in
the modernization of education ”and is now being successfully adopted and
used in many countries.Many countries have made significant strides in
improving student learning through the use of pedagogical technology.In
South Korea, for example, 75 percent of the 50,000 children who are
experimenting with pedagogical technology have achieved results in
traditional teaching that only the best students achieve.The basis of the
technology of education is the idea of complete management of the
educational process in order to increase its efficiency and ensure that
learners achieve the projected learning outcomes in the given conditions
and time allotted.The essence of this approach is to systematize the

educational process - to maximize its formation by breaking it down into
clearly defined and detailed elements.One of the current trends in the field
of education is the use of modern pedagogical technologies in the
educational process, and its implementation is one of the urgent tasks.It is
known that the educational process consists of the older generation passing
on their knowledge and experience to the younger generation, in the process
of which is mainly the transmission of information necessary for human life
from generation to generation.Human life is closely connected with
information.In other words, every human action consists of obtaining and
transmitting or using information, studying, assimilating, storing and
enriching it.That is why the modern human civilization is called the
information civilization.In this context, one of the definitions of the concept
of civilization is as follows: “Civilization is the ability to collect, analyze and
use information and to obtain the most information to create information
about the environment and oneself.is a highly stable state of matter. ”This
definition shows the importance of transmitting information from
generation to generation, that is, educational work.That is, education is a
prerequisite for the existence of civilization.In this sense, "the hallmark of
civilization is the collection of information, the abstract analysis (animals
are incapable of doing so) and the use of it to preserve its species, its
community, for a long time."This means the need to improve the forms,
methods and means of collecting, analyzing and using information, and at
the heart of this is pedagogical technology.

Taking into account the individual-psychological characteristics of

primary school students, based on the knowledge, skills and abilities
acquired in their subjects in the academic quarters, modular learning
technologies aimed at the formation of logical thinkingrecommended for
use.The following are modular learning technologies that help students
develop logical thinking:

Story, verbal expression - Insert, Brainstorming, Brain-ring
Role-playing games - Debate, Pinboard, Two-part diary
It is advisable to use the most common teaching technology in pedagogy

to develop logical thinking in students.One of them is the method of
"brainstorming", through which the indicators of logical thinking formed in
students of grades 3-4 are expressed as follows:brainstorming is a method
of generating ideas.Students worked in small groups to solve complex
problems.They came up with their own ideas to solve it.This method
encourages participants to use their imagination and perspectives.The task
of “brainstorming” is to create new ideas in small groups.This method
encourages problem-solving students to think more independently and be
creative.Reasonable feedback from students will be taken into
account.There was an opportunity to fill in and expand on what students had

to say.A number of didactic tasks were performed using this method.At the
same time, the main task of this method is to encourage students to think
independently and be creative.

Based on the above, we can give the following short and generalized

definition of pedagogical technology: "Pedagogical technology is the activity
of forming a harmoniously developed person."However, given that
pedagogical technology is a broad, multifaceted concept, we can give
another definition of it below.In short, in preparing teachers for innovative
activities, modern pedagogical technology is the process of learning to
create new information by mastering information, using it in practice,
discovering new meanings and various connections between information.
