The process of digital transformation is important in the modern business environment. This process is aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations through the introduction of digital technologies. Digital transformation also changes management strategies, as traditional approaches cannot meet the demands of the times. This article examines the change of management strategies in the process of digital transformation, their main components and practical examples. Through digital transformation, organizations will be able to increase their competitiveness, improve customer relations and take advantage of new market opportunities.

This study explores the changes in spinal and trunk morphometry in middle-aged and elderly women before and after mastectomy. Through comprehensive radiographic imaging and physical assessments, the study analyzes variations in spinal alignment, curvature, and trunk posture resulting from the surgical procedure. Pre-operative and post-operative data indicate significant changes in these parameters, highlighting the impact of mastectomy on body morphology. The study aims to provide insights into the physical consequences of mastectomy and to emphasize the need for targeted rehabilitation strategies to address these changes. The results are intended to guide clinicians in developing effective post-operative care plans for enhancing recovery and quality of life.

This article explores strategies for optimizing the prehospital management of stroke patients in urban areas of Uzbekistan. By reviewing current literature and analyzing existing protocols, we identify key challenges and propose recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of prehospital stroke care. The article emphasizes the importance of early recognition, rapid transportation, and streamlined communication between emergency medical services and hospitals.

From the results of the research conducted in Uzbekistan, it is known that 6 syndromes dominate the clinical presentation of cholecystitis in the geront and supergeront population: pain syndrome or feeling, dyspeptic syndrome, cholecystocardial syndrome, neurotic syndrome, vegetodystonia syndrome and allergic syndrome. In young and middle age, as well as from clinical studies, these indicators differ by relatively low [1;2;3;4;5].

Mohiyatida odob-axloq, ta’lim-tarbiya jamlangan o‘zbek xalq og‘zaki ijodining har bitta janrida tarbiyaning umumiy jihatlarini aks etadi. Topshmoqlar, latifalarda uddaburonlik, topqirlik, fikr-mulohazakorlik namoyon bo‘lganligini ko‘rsak, afsona va rivoyatlarda ibrat, namuna, o‘rnak  kabilarni ko‘ramiz. Qisqasi, xalq og‘zaki namunalarida inson kamoloti uchun zarur xislatlar tarannum etilgani, tarbiyaviy ahamiyat kasb etadi.

It is known that modern English literature is rich in famous writers and Kadzuo Ishiguro is one of them. He is also considered as multicultural writer because we come across English and Japanese images in his most works. As he was born in Japan then moved to England and became English novelist. This writing provides some essential information about characteristics of the Anglo-Japanese nation in the works of K. Ishiguro.

These units reflect not only the structural and semantic peculiarities of the languages but also embody cultural and cognitive aspects. This paper examines the structural and semantic features of elliptical phraseological units in English and Uzbek, focusing on their similarities and differences. The study aims to provide a comparative analysis of these units, shedding light on how ellipsis functions within the phraseological systems of these two languages.
