The article provides a psychological analysis of the concept of creativity. The opinions of foreign scientists about creativity are systematized. Various psychological approaches to creativity are analyzed.

Today, one of the determining factors in the Prevention of the environmental crisis is the Environmental Legal Education, Culture and spirituality of the population, especially the growing young generation. The article describes the role of environmental education in increasing environmental culture in young people in the context of environmental globalization.

This review looks at how Taekwondo is taught to kids aged 7-10 in Central Asia and the USA. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that helps kids grow physically and mentally. In Central Asia, Taekwondo training focuses on traditional values and intense physical exercises. Kids learn about respect, discipline, and the history of Taekwondo. In contrast, Taekwondo classes in the USA are designed to be fun and engaging. They include games and rewards to keep kids interested while following a clear step-by-step program. Both methods have their benefits: Central Asia’s approach builds strong discipline, while the USA’s method makes learning enjoyable. The review suggests combining the best parts of both methods could be useful for teaching Taekwondo to kids everywhere.

In an era, full of challenges for the tourism industry, tourism for young people is a very important market segment, being a resource for change and innovation. Young travelers increased level in decades since they first began to travel and the populations of countries that are developing. These trips are often made of raw relatively wealthy youth. This research looks at these problems from the perspective of Max Weber's rationalization thesis, which states that contemporary people put more stock in logic and reason than tradition and emotion. The moral difficulties and tensions brought about by the friction between individual allegiance and social expectations are brought to light by delving into Galsworthy's characters' motives and deeds. The characters' decisions are influenced by rationalization, which frequently causes a conflict between individual ethics and collective standards; Weber's theory helps to explain this. The ethical and social foundations of early 20th-century British society, as portrayed in Galsworthy's writings, are better understood through this study, which also sheds light on the broader effects of rationalization on human behavior and social structures.

The researcher seeks to analyze and demonstrate the concept of biopolitics and its originators. Biopolitics is an interdisciplinary field that explores the intersection between human biology and politics. It involves the exercise of political power to administer and control life and populations. The research will examine how biopolitics is portrayed in Kazuo Ishiguro's novel, ''Never Let Me Go'', which presents an alternate universe set in 1990s England. In this fictional society, cloned humans are created for the sole purpose of donating their organs. Through the novel's characters, the research will explore different manifestations of suffering from an existentialist perspective. The concept of organ donation in the novel can be interpreted as a metaphorical expression of human life and its universal awareness of finitude. The research will analyze how Kazuo Ishiguro presents the idea that the two seemingly distinct groups of clones and "ordinary people" on the donor side share similar perspectives on life, death, and the overall human experience. This aligns with Michel Foucault's concept of biopolitics, which involves securing, maintaining, and controlling life. By examining the society depicted in Never Let Me Go, the research will investigate how biopolitical practices have influenced and shaped that fictional world. This analysis will provide insights into the impact of biopolitics on the individuals and the broader social dynamics portrayed in the novel.
