Time at your disposal: 3 minutes for the talk.
Cumulative 5 minutes discussion will be held after 5 presentations
Your presentation must be in English, the official language of the Congress.
Only PowerPoint or Keynote files are accepted.
If your presentation include video please prepare 2 slides explaining the procedure used. Video file should be in
.mp4 format.
We kindly ask you to send us your presentation by and no-later than April,30.
You can deliver your presentation file directly to slide center.
All the presentations must be checked (mandatory) at the slide center within Thursday 6 June from 08:00 to 10:00.
Direct presentations with personal laptop will be not allowed

Poster presentations
The posters will be located in the poster area (level -2).
The poster area is open to all participants during the entire congress.
Poster boards are numbered. You will find the number of your poster in the final program.
The material can be attached to the poster panel with adhesive supplied by the organization.
Poster mounting: Thursday 06 June from 12:30
Poster removal: Saturday 09 June within 13:00
We would like to inform you that for each accepted abstract, the full registration of the presenting author is
required.
A special rate of € 300,00 will be available
for registrations received by April, 21; after this date you can
register with the regular registration fee.

All the papers will be evaluated for content, quality of presentation, originality and innovation.
The best presentation will be reward with prize Luigi Barca on Sunday 9 June at 11.30 the beginning of the last
session.

completed the payment of the congress fee and that you will be attending the meeting for the Final Program
publication process before April 21, 2019.
