the study of theoretical and scientific sources related to the study of the problem of deviant behavior in adolescents allows us to make more detailed observations about the factors underlying the occurrence of deviant behavior occurring in them. This possibility requires studying the dynamics of aggressive behavior, addictive behavior in adolescents, situations observed in individuals in conflict situations, and taking into account age, gender, and territorial characteristics.

The article examines the theoretical foundations of gender violence and analyzes the role of the judicial system in its prevention and punishment. The main theoretical approaches to the study of gender violence, its types and causes are presented. Particular attention is paid to legal regulation and the role of national and international acts in combating this phenomenon. The problems of law enforcement practice related to the protection of the rights of victims are considered, and possible ways to improve the judicial system and the legislative framework are proposed.

This article the intellectuals of the Temurid period and their composition and division into groups are studied on the basis of historical sources and literature. It deals with the intellectuals resettled in Maverannahr during the Temurid period and the attention paid to them by the state, as well as the patronage of the representatives of the dynasty. Such issues as their daily life, position in the palace, and material support are analysed.

The development of speaking skills in a second language is a critical component of language acquisition, particularly in the context of English as a Second Language (ESL) education. This thesis explores the efficacy of communicative activities in enhancing speaking skills among learners. By examining various communicative strategies such as role-playing, problem-solving, and discussion-based activities, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how these methods facilitate language learning. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative assessments of speaking proficiency with qualitative insights from student attitudes and experiences. Findings indicate that communicative activities significantly improve students' speaking abilities and foster a positive attitude towards language learning. This thesis contributes to the field of language education by offering practical recommendations for educators seeking to implement effective communicative strategies in their classrooms.

The author shows the role and importance of improving communication competence in professional activities in the educational process. Detailed information is provided on the technologies for developing students' English competence through work on professional terminology and texts related to the subject, for example, the use of distance learning platforms, interactive games, and project-based learning techniques.

Ensuring civil liability in crowdfunding activities is one of the important issues, as projects implemented through the platform involve various parties - project creators (initiators), platform operators, and investors (or supporters). Each party has its own rights and obligations, the fulfillment of which creates civil liability based on the contract. This article discusses modern, less invasive methods for treating acute cholecystitis in patients with cardiovascular diseases. The presence of cardiovascular comorbidities in patients with acute cholecystitis complicates treatment, increasing the risk of postoperative complications and mortality. Minimally invasive interventions such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy and endoscopic techniques have been shown to reduce these risks while offering similar effectiveness to traditional surgical approaches. The article explores these modern methods, focusing on their safety, effectiveness, and improved recovery outcomes for patients with combined acute cholecystitis and cardiovascular diseases.

Gout is a widespread metabolic disorder characterized by chronic hyperuricemia, which leads to the deposition of monosodium urate crystals in various tissues and joints. This accumulation results in acute inflammatory arthritis and, over time, can lead to severe complications, including gouty nephropathy. Gouty nephropathy is a pathological condition of the kidneys caused by prolonged exposure to elevated uric acid levels, leading to progressive renal-dysfunction.

Premature stillborn babies continue to have a violation of the integrated functional connection with the thymus and adrenal glands, which are not yet fully formed, according to the mortality rate, at 22-27, 28-32, 33-38 weeks. Those who died from intrauterine infection in the antenatal period make up 78.2% of all babies and form the basis of our research. As the main morphological substrate of these changes, it was found that the reticuloepithelial cells of the thymus cortex are small in size, the desmasomas are short and thick, there are many sparse fibrous structures connecting the spaces between desmasomas, and the hematohistiogenic barrier has become functionally impaired.

The analysis was carried out on 10-year-old children of secondary schools №32. The results of the study showed that 10-year-old left-handed children lagged somewhat behind in physical development (body weight and chest circumference) compared to right-handed children of the same age, while the height and size of the left hand increased significantly.

The article is devoted to the solution of the problem of training teachers to develop general logical skills in mathematics in primary school students. Based on the constructed system of groups of general logical skills, the author finds his own approach to solving the problem, which became the basis of the author's model of logical and methodological training of university students majoring in "Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education" in the process of studying the course "Methodology of Teaching Mathematics".

The anthropocentric paradigm, which places humans at the center of linguistic studies, has become a significant approach in contemporary linguistics. This article deduced the development of this paradigm in Uzbek linguistics, examining key research areas such as sociolinguistics, cognitive linguistics, psycholinguistics, and discourse analysis. By focusing on discourse, semantics, and the study of language as a communicative tool, the article presents a comprehensive view of the role of the human factor in linguistic theory and practice.

This article studies samples of the intangible cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and the problems of their preservation for the future generation. Regulatory documents on the protection of intangible cultural heritage were also analyzed and issues of their promotion with the help of museums were considered. The causes of these problems have also been investigated.

This article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of the process of passing civil service. The author examines the relations related to civil service from the perspectives of administrative and labor law, highlighting the intersection of these two areas of law. Additionally, the article discusses the differences between the dispositive nature of labor law and the imperative requirements of civil service in the legal regulation process. The necessity of improving legal norms in the field of civil service and the importance of its regulation by administrative law are substantiated.
