This article substantiates the functional indicators that provide the time of a simple and complex motor reaction, as well as RDO - reactions to a moving object, aerobic capabilities, high rates of movements in boxers, which determine the level of development of speed qualities.

This article outlines the trend and prospects for the development of equestrian sports in Uzbekistan, which covers the introduction of classic types of equesterian sports in our country, sports achievements of Uzbek riders, extensive reforms in equestrian sports in recent years.

In the article, the individual conditions for the readiness of qualified boxers to achieve a high result of competition activity are studied. Correlational analysis results reveal the relationship between boxers' personal characteristics in increasing overall performance of competition activities in situations with and without confounding factors.

This article provides a detailed description of the problems of increasing the efficiency of the training system of highly qualified boxers and increasing their sports results, the factors determining their individual activity style are analyzed, and individual programs for increasing the reliability of the competitive activity of boxers with different characteristics are proposed.

This article is dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of training motivation of young players through pedagogical technology, to scientifically prove that if the athlete concentrates his attention during the training process, if effective motivation is performed, the effectiveness of acquiring sports skills of the players can be increased, and the development of relevant skills and abilities can be observed in them.

В статье рассматривается эмоциональный интеллект как фактор результативности выступления спортсмена на соревновании, показан сравнительный анализ влияния эмоционального интеллекта на спортсменов командных и индивидуальных видов спорта. Выявлено значение эмоционального интеллекта, так как он оказывает влияние на способность спортсменов справляться со стрессом. Это связано с тем, что понимание эмоций других людей, умение сопереживать текущему эмоциональному состоянию другого человека, управление своими эмоциями и эмоциями других, контроль эмоциональных проявления влияет на моделирование спортивной деятельности, адекватному оцениванию факторов, которые способствовали бы выполнению деятельности или преодолению препятствия в соревновательной деятельности.
