D Khudoiberdiyev, Ya Akhmedov
Endoprosthesis replacement - operational treatment of diseases and damages of hip joint. The problem of prevention of complications and their negative effects is extremely actual [1] today. However the role of different beam techniques in identification of adverse effects and complications of endoprosthesis replacement of joints is studied insufficiently. Results of clinic and diagnostic and beam researches of 40 patients with pathology of hip joint arc analyzed. The used beam methods of research - roentgenography, multispiral computer tomography. At presurgical stage the main objective was detection of pathology of joint, definition of indications and planning of operative measure. Situation and relationship of components of endoprosthesis, condition of bone tissue, and also bone cement round cup and leg of prosthesis were key parameters of radiological assessment of outcomes of endoprosthesis replacement. Complex use of radiological techniques (roentgenography and spiral computer tomography) allows to specify and add semiotics of changes of bone tissue at the level of acetabular hollow and proximal department of femur after endoprosthesis replacement.

Ultrasound diagnostics varicocele

G Mardiyeva, M Sanoyev, O Khamidov
Varicocele has been known since ancient times. Even Celsus in the I century A.D. described the clinical symptoms characteristic of this disease, and he placed special emphasis on the frequent combination of varicocele with a decrease in the volume of the testicle on the same side [3,5].
The problem of varicocele, due to its enormous social significance, is among the programs being developed by WHO. This is due to several circumstances: firstly, despite the seeming inoffensiveness of the condition, varicocele is the cause of male infertility in about 40% of cases; secondly, it is a fairly widespread disease among men of young (able-bodied) age, the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of which have not yet been fully clarified; thirdly, in a number of countries, patients with pronounced manifestations of varicocele are recognized as unfit for military service, in addition, existing methods of surgical treatment do not always relieve the patient from infertility [1,4].

Diagnostic possibilities to detect precancerous disease of prostate and prostate cancer

Sh Khasanov, N Rahimov, A Toshov
The difficulties of early diagnosis associated with the shortcomings of existing methods stimulate the search for new, more advanced diagnostic criteria.
Despite the introduction of new diagnostic methods into clinical practice, the problem of early detection of prostate adenocarcinoma remains very unresolved [20].
There is an urgent need to develop methods that could ensure early detection of the disease and significantly improve the effectiveness of treatment [2]. In this regard, the problem of detecting prostate cancer in the early stages is very relevant.
