The article presents the analysis, theoretical foundations, and results of empirical testing of the use of information and communication technologies as a means of helping future officers in military educational institutions master communicative competence in foreign languages. A wide range of ICTs used in language teaching was presented, and the rationale for integrating ICTs into the processof language learning by students was presented. Conducted a pedagogical experiment to test the effectiveness of ICT in the military educational environment; his finds are described. The effectiveness of the use of ICT in the process of teaching a language in a military university has been proven, as a result of which language skills, professional training, and general education skills of cadets are improved. The introduction of ICT has played an important role in providing strong motivation influencing students' attitudes towards language learning and in developing their independence, creativity, and cognitive skills. Future officers have found the opportunity to interact and maintain real contact with native speakers, colleagues, or military experts, as well as to participate in international projects through video chats and video calls, which are especially inspiring and enjoyable. Another advantage of integrating ICT is the ability to present the subject in different ways, depending on the individual learning style of the trainees. The use of visual aids such as pictures, videos, multimedia presentations, and infographics aroused students' interest in reading and made texts easier to understand when they were illustrated with pictures, graphics, illustrations, audio, and video. Technology has given students more control over their learning and more freedom to collaborate in the classroom.
This scientific article analyzes the following issues: a gradual change in democratic processes in the system of relations between the state and society, the division of the world into two poles after the Second World War, the restoration of a system based on "people's rule". Attempts have been made to shed light on issues such as the state's choice of migration. In addition, many political scientists have studied and analyzed the violation of the criteria of democracy in the 21st century and the formation of new theoretical concepts.
The article also states that the illegal use of new technologies affecting the democratic process, its impact on the integration process in the international arena, has led to a loss of confidence in democracy and its political views in the eyes of mankind. It is well known that many countries have developed information security strategies to maintain their democratic order. This is due to the increase in the number of cyberattacks using information technology in the new era. The recent frequent attacks by hackers on the electoral process with the help of technology negatively affect democratic values. As a result, studies show that democracy has lost confidence in its criteria. However, in the studies of political scientists, no attempt has been made to justify the fact that humanity has not found a better system, no matter how flawed in a democracy, by studying their research. It is well known that the transformation of representative democracy into a new form of equal opportunities for citizens in all spheres in the 21st century has become an important event. In this regard, the article examines the analytical views of scientists on new views on the specifics of state structures, the Institute of Representative Democracy and institutions of civil society. The results of an independent study of the concept of democracy, a system based on democratic governance in Europe (north, west, south), post-Soviet countries and the population of Russia are presented in the form of infographics. The percentages and ratings shown in the table are a resource for political scientists interested in the topic of democracy.
Были собраны и оцифрованы разнотипные и разновременные материалы о деятельности Шарафа Рашидова и той эпохи. Показан его вклад в развитие Узбекистана в период с 1950 по 1983 года. Нами была разработана “форма” для наполнения её контентом о деятельности Шарафа Рашидова. Были получены предварителные данные о том, что за период деятельности Шарафа Рашидова было создано 3 области, 37 новых районов, 77 поселков городского типа получили статус города, было построено с нуля 9 городов. Разработана визуализация цифровой документальной базы данных коллективной памяти о деятельности Шарафа Рашидова. На веб-графической основе. Она позволяет оперативно обновлять материалы, обмениваться ими, проводить научные исследования, а также использоваться в качестве наглядного пособия на лекциях по новой истории и экономике Узбекистана
