The analysis of treatment results of 93 patients with biliary disease that occurred in 1.6% of patients after cholecystectomy in early postoperative period was carried out. Using of mini-invasive endoscopic transduodenal interventions, diapetic (ultrasound-controlled puncture) methods and laparoscopy, as well as active conservative therapy in the main study group allowed avoiding laparotomy in 92.4% of patients with biliary disease of I and II degree. In patients with biliary disease of III degree due to damage of the main bile ducts the best results were obtained by applying high GEA according to RU using a precision technique. The developed treatment and diagnostic tactics allowed to improve significantly the results of treatment in patients with early biliary complications after cholecystectomy.
In this article, the paints on the surface of the glazed ceramic objects of the Karakhanid era, found in the ancient Afrosiyab monument located in Samarkand, belonging to the Karakhanid period, with various colors and colorful patterns, were analyzed using VANTA Element-S portable X ray fluorescence (p-XRF ) chemical composition was studied qualitatively and quantitatively using the apparatus. According to him, the amount of Pb and Si is high in the glazed part of the surface of the ceramics. Other chemical elements (in different colors) such as Cu, Fe, Mn, Al, Mg, Ca, Si are found in large quantities in the parts that have not been glazed or have been glazed. A reliable statistical analysis based on 11 key elements is used. Chemical characterization and statistical evaluation of the data were combined with petrographic analysis.
